Coffee was quick and good. However I feel bad for the employees here honestly. The manager is so rude to them and very unprofessional. I couldn’t believe the way she was talking to them esp infront of customers.

I have always gone to Starbucks for my coffee or caffeine. But I recently tried a Carmel iced latte at Dunkin’s. Sometimes with whipped cream & sometimes with out. Whether I have whipped topping or not, that’s the best caffeinated drink I’ve ever tied. Now I’m hooked! Forget Starbucks!!

Coffee and service were very good. The operation is very clean and very convenient if you're staying in the hotel. Certainly worth a stop for breakfast on the go and I thought their sandwiches were decent.

I wish I could give them no stars but it's not an option. I went downstairs to get some donuts and coffee and a diet Mt. Dew. I first asked for the soda, they didn't have it. Then I asked for jelly donuts, they didn't have it. Finally I asked for cake donuts, you guessed it, they didn't have it. It was 7:30 in the morning, how could they not have these donuts?!? I just said forget it, you don't have most of what I want so I'm not buying anything! And walked away.

Love me my iced latte. Not crazy about this location though. Personnel is not very friendly, they rather act like customers are an inconvenience to them.a lot of times the order are wrong. I'll stick with other locations in the future.

At 3:15pm on Thanksgiving I was told as well as others that since they're closing at 4pm they're only serving regular coffee and donuts! 45 mins until close and you're turning away business only selling coffee and donuts?! I'm sorry but if Corporate knew this I think they'd be a little pissed!

I see a lot of negative comments about this location, but I had a great experience this morning! The lady with the teal in her hair made fantastic drinks in under 5 minutes and they were pretty busy. The donuts I got were good, just like every other Dunkin' I've been to. I walked up to the counter to place my order and said Good Morning ladies and they all replied positively. I have zero negative things to say about my experience here. Great job ladies!
This Dunkin is absolutely horrible!! Customer service is trash. I would not recommend this place.

This Dunkin is located inside the Hard Rock hotel, if you're in a bind then go here. The matcha lattes have very little taste and they never fully incorporate the matcha powder into the drink, so you get little chunks as you sip.

I ordered 4 glazed, 1 lemon, and 1 jelly donuts. They gave me the 4 glazed and 1 jelly donuts, but they gave me a maple frosted donut instead of the lemon. I told the worker that my order was incorrect, and she became very aggressive. The manager was extremely rude, also acting very aggressive towards me. They threatened me by saying that if I didn't leave, they'd call security. I just wanted my order corrected. Never in my life have I ever seen such horrendous customer service. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I know there are more important things to worry about but..ordered a bacon, egg and cheese. I saw the woman making it on a croissant. when I questioned her she very rudely said we don't have bagels. So I questioned the other woman who took my order. She responded "well I thought you saw our sign". She proceeds to nod to a sign that is 4 inches big. A customer standing nearby says "I didn't see it either" I said it's something you just inform the customer when ordering. As I was leaving, the one woman says sarcastically "have a nice daaaaayyyy" I called her out on it and she just smirkishly said I was just saying to have a nice day. Both women were totally classless.
