Over charge for what you get. Pool only 3.6 ft. Too many kids. Had to wait over 2 hrs to get towels. Charge resort fee which I didn't see when I booked. Rooms were nice and updated.
Went to casino not motel. It was nice. Waiters were on the floor. Plenty open tables.enjoyed my time there.
This place will wear you out!!! The restaurants and stores are A1.
Honestly we had comp nights here and we still would not stay again, even for free.
- The rooms are dated and not clean. Thick soap scum in the bathroom, noticeable mold on a bath mat, leaky sink faucet, 3 different power outlets in the room do not work. Busted lamp shades.
- The pool, such a disappointment. Looks nice in pictures but the water is 90 degrees, the bar charges $9 for a beer, and the crowd made it feel cheap.
- Common Areas show dirt and wear. Lack of attentive cleaning and supervision.
The rooms are nice and comfortable love having a balcony over the beach. The downside we had to go 3 floors down just to find a working ice machine. Assuming short staffed because we waited 20 minutes in line to order food in the cafe before deciding just to leave and not eat, all the other restaurants closed at 9. Other than the food and ice its a very nice resort with a very nice pool area
Staff is not friendly, no good mornings even when spoken to. I'm from Texas we speak to everyone especially when spoken to. Hall carpet smells old, need cleaning
It was a 20/10. Clean. Close to all the things. Beach view. Fabulous
Nice room overlooking the water and bridge. The hotel offers numerous food choices and entertainment. The pool is nice but more faded then the pictures and not as clean and they need to keep people from lounging on the stairs in the pool as it caused an argument but overall it was a nice experience

If they had a microwave and refrigerator in the room, it would be way better. I may come back.
This location doesn't have the same services as other locations. No valet no one on one service. Other golden nuggets are much better in every way.
Wheww baby the best hands down sho nuff got me when I looked out and saw the balcony it was so relaxing I will be back in a few weeks
We got upgraded to the Gold level 15 floor great views of the Gulf and the Farris wheel
The slots are very hungry there
