Only visited the Casino. Older slots with no winners

Room was nice, it actually had a ceiling fan but the floors were dirty

Only walked thru the Casino seems to need some updating.

What a nice place definitely will be back.

If you want to order room service be ready to walk downstairs and order it at the specific restaurants yourself. Called room service and that’s what they told us we had to do. So strange. I’ve NEVER been in a hotel that offered room service (and had a specific room service button on the phone) where you had to go down and order and sit and wait for it yourself. That’s not room service. They need to take that off phones if they are going to do it that way. Called and a rude woman answered telling us we had to go down and order it ourselves then called back just to check to make sure that’s right and got hung up on (twice). Literally how rude. Other than that the room we are in had a distinct smell (not good). And the floors are dirty. Location is good to get to other places though.

We came to celebrate our Anniversary. The room wasn't cleaned well. We cleaned the bathroom ourselves. Pubic hair was in the bed and in the shower. The jetted tub wasn't cleaned. There were no trashbags in the garbage cans.. the floors were dirty but we made the best of it.. we want be staying there anymore.

Black older lady very rude for no reason at the door of the casino Friday night!! First time my old man and I have been there!

Security was very rude all staff was very rude and not helpful at all

I highly recommend the Golden Nugget! So much FUN!

It was a good price, but I guess you get what you pay for. The bathroom mat had a small yellow spot on it that looked like pee, and the glass doors had mold all around them. The balcony still had a cup of cigarette butts in it from I’m assuming a previous guest so it kinda made us feel like the room hadn’t been cleaned very well. All of the staff were super nice and very helpful with whatever we needed. The casino/food/pool areas are 10/10 but the rooms are very dated and could use a little sprucing up.

We ate at the Saltgrass steakhouse just beside the golden Nugget the food was great place reminded you of a Yellowstone atmosphere.

Kinda dated. No automatic craps or roulette machines.

One big draw back not all rooms have a refrigerator or microwave. The rooms that do have these items are by request and gold club members...However, all the restaurants within the Casino serve generous amount of foods. It's great too. It's kind of a draw back not to be able to save it for later. Even so very much enough my stay.

The lobby, restaurants, casino and the main areas are very pretty and well maintained. On the other side the rooms are deteriorating and it is visible that they are not well cleaned specially since this is a hotel that ranges from $100-$500 a nights depending on the season.
