Love the golden nugget no complaints whatsoever
Never entered in this place I just pick up people here lol.
Casino potion of stay was nice. Woke up covered in bed bug bites. Had to email 4 times along with numerous calls to casino after our stay to try to get a resolution. Only thing offered was an apology.

Rooms need to be updated. Service is the restaurants was terrible. Non smoking area still had people vaping. I wouldn't stay here again.

The phone in our room didn't work. The bathtub leaked continuesly. No water press when taking a shower. The toilet seat wouldn't stay up. The entire hotel smells like an ashtray. Other than that it was ok.

Parking absolutely sucks.. over $400 for a balcony room with no darn fridge or microwave.... Unacceptable.. hell I could have gotten better service at Holiday inn

It's the old isle of Capri casino,golden nugget bought it an turned it into a nice casino resort,they have beautiful pool,some nice restaurants like mortons.lillies. an bubba gumps, also mike Patrick's restaurant I don't recommend this one very slow service an food is just so so .and salt grass across a street can't use food credits their if you have some. Some of the rooms need to be up dated lot of parking

nice place. in blackjack ..unlike the gold nugget in reno..they dont pay for first 2 cards in blackjack same suit.. i got 3 times and was told by blackdealer ..it counts none...in reno and only reno it counts at every casino .so i wont be back playin until i find my way back to reno...

This was our first time getting a room there, the room was nice enjoyed our stay and playing in the casino will come back again.
Did not stay at the hotel but I really enjoyed the casino
Definitely recommend 12th floor room, with the hot tub. Lol. Don't forget to bring Epson salt to soak.

Bathrooms need remodeled. This is advertised as a 4-star hotel. The only 4 star about it is the high minimum tables in the casino.
