I am only putting 5 stars because 10 stars weren’t available!! The food, service and atmosphere were on point!!! We had the BBQ hamburger, the Twisted Mac Chicken and Cheese and the margarita flatbread pizza, all suggestions of our awesome server, Chase (aka Brittany). Food was AMAZING!!!! Chase was very attentive and hilarious! We will definitely come back!!!

We had an amazing dining experience at Hard Rock, thanks to our incredible server, Heather. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and on point with everything. She made great recommendations, kept our drinks filled without even being asked, and had such a positive, genuine attitude the entire time.
It’s not often you get service that feels both professional and personal, but Heather nailed it. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of like VIPs. If you’re dining at Hard Rock, ask for Heather she’s the kind of server that makes your whole night better.

I ordered to go at the hardrock cafe during Crusing the coast week. The atmosphere was great during my wait, guy that took my order was good. However the food l received was mediocre for the cost. I purchased boneless chicken and it was not appealing or worth the cost of 16.99. I called to complain about what l received and was met with hesitation. So my suggestion is to ask lots of questions about the menu items before you order

Jimmy it's one of the most professional managers that I've ever met. He's always ready to serve his customers. He's always willing to listen to a customer regardless of how many times they change their order.
The staff I'm very courteous to the guest. The employees who work at the bar exceed all expectations. Great service and professionalism.
The only complaint that I have is I want the peach cobbler back ? LOL
