My family was in town so i brought them to Ben & Jerrys for an after dinner treat. We had the pleasure of being served by Katelyn. Like last time i was here, she showed no signs of stress even though the line was crazy long(it was the after dinner rush I'm assuming). She greeted us with a smile, took the time to ensure we all had the opportunity to try any flavor. It's usually packed and the couple of times I did get ice cream ? it started melting before I got to the vehicle downstairs. The shakes are not all that to me. My husband says I am too picky. He doesn't like it at all. Anyone working in the food industry should have to wear gloves and sanitize the equipment, area, and hands between customers. I have OCD from being in the Army and cleanliness is a big deal.
