Great casino it's nice and offers new members who sign up $10 for Freeplay. The service and employees were very kind and helpful. I went late around 1am on a Sunday and it was really calm but still fun and had stuff going on.
Shawn, the manager at the Hard Rock Cafe and staff were top notch! Asked for our preference in music, and played it! Shawn and the staff are top notch! Love this place!! Rock On!!!

The Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi offers a lively and entertaining experience for guests. The rooms are clean, and the pool is excellent, providing a wonderful spot to relax. The pool area backs right up to the gulf, making it a beautiful view. The food is exceptional, with great burgers available. The restaurants, including Dunkin', add to the fun atmosphere. The exhibits and displays are amazing, and the gift shop offers a variety of pins and magnets. The employees are friendly and courteous, and security is present everywhere, creating a safe environment. The location is convenient, close to many eateries. Visitors often come to enjoy the fun atmosphere, the pool, and the variety of slot machines. Overall, it’s a place where guests feel welcomed and eager to return. The casino is a smoking casino, be prepared to walk out smelling like a cigar. The hotel itself was nice, the atmosphere was upbeat, and the rock ’n’ roll memorabilia was the best. Some staff were wonderful. Dinner at Half Shell was fantastic (the chargrilled oysters and fried green tomatoes are a must). Breakfast at Dunkin’ Donuts the next morning was quick and staff was so friendly. The jacuzzi tub was loved. The pool was very nice to get to lounge in.
