Great rooms with large showers and dual vanities. We purchased the room with ocean view. The bed faced the ocean so it made for a great view to wake up to in the morning.Rooms: Nice room with plenty of outlets.Walkability: The location is great for walking around Main Street.

Blackjack payouts at 6-5 and min for roulette must be met for every bet not cumulative I.e. your 6/9 split bet and solo 36 must be the minimum each and not add up total to the min. Drink service while playing is horrible, they take forever to come around and the drinks are mostly mixers and little alcohol.

Had a non smoking room in the Platinum Tower with a great view of the gulf, but everything smelled like smoke. The room was past due for a refurb, especially the carpet.

The hotel is beautiful and the service was great, however, the smoke smell is everywhere including the non-smoking rooms. The second you walk in the door you can't escape it. We spent time by the pool which was great and the view was outstanding!Rooms: The rooms were well designed and very comfortable but even the non-smoking rooms smelled like smoke.Nearby activities: We went to Ocean Springs for the day and loved it. The shopping and food was outstanding.Walkability: We were able to walk to nearby restaurants.

Beautiful Hotel in a perfect location but (literally)... My husband recently had a work related function at the Beautiful Hard Rock Casino and Hotel. Myself and 4 of our children decided to tagged along. We had such a wonderful time here and absolutely loved this place with the exception of one thing... A little advice for employees and guest-IF YOU WORK HERE FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE I BEG YOU TO BE MORE THOROUGHLY WHEN CLEANING THESE ROOMS..IF YOU ARE A GUEST HERE I HIGHLY ADVISE YOU AND WANT YOU TO KNOW THAT IT WOULD BE IN YOUR BEST INTEREST TO KNOW WHERE YOUR REMOTE IS AT ALL TIMES AND DO NOT LOOSE IT OR LOOSE ANYTHING FOR THAT MATTER!While my husband attended daily meetings the kids and I would sleep in, layed around, watch tv, relax, and just lay low until my husband returned. Well one day when he gets back he decides he wants to watch something on TV real quick before we went to dinner and well we couldn't find the remote anywhere. We look in the beds, covers, the whole 9 yards no remote. So my husband then makes the worst decision of his life when he decides to stick his arm between the bed and wall to feel for the remote. He grabs something, a few seconds later screams, and as I turn to see what's going on all I see something flying full force towards that stunning full glass bathroom door and thank the good lord it missed it by a hair. What was it you ask?!?! A USED BUTT PLUG!! You will never ever have to worry about my husband who loves and is obsessed with watching TV ever looking for a lost remote in a hotel ever again! AGAIN FOR THE LOVE OF GOD PLEASE BE MORE THOROUGH WHEN CLEANING THESE ROOMS MAYBE EVEN A LITTLE MORE DETAIL ORIENTED. THIS COULD VERY WELL COST SOMEONE A SHATTERED GLASS DOOR OR WINDOW BUTTTTTT.....
