Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi

Can't beat the on property offerings for food. Love the comp system, won a few trips but of course I lost most of the time. These super nice facilities are not built on the backs of winners. My host was cool, games were all fine. Negative:When we got to the hotel around 10:30pm to check in there were 3 receptionists. We were being helped by one guy that was still in training. Another receptionist had to assist him through the check out process but he kept messing up over and over. We were there roughly 35 -40 minutes just trying to get our room. Didn't stay at the hotel, just went to the casino. The waitresses were very nice. We tried to do the buffet, which is advertised on the website, stood in line only to find out rudely - it's been closed since COVID. 1) take it off the website 2) why does it have Mother's day buffet signs up if closed? 3) why are you so rude? The Hardrock restaurant was great after having to find another place to eat. The staff knew how to have fun and for a chain the food was good.
