Got some tenders (which looked like a scribbled up meat), pot pie meal (which had bones and chicken skin in it) and wedges were not full and been cooked over an hour ago. This KFC needs a whole new night shift! I was not happy on my last visit nor this one… I was charged $8 n some change for my tender meal (which is on the $7 meal deal) and $7.69 for my pot pie meal (which is on the $7 meal deal)…if you call and talk to manager they act as if they make no mistakes on their shift…Don’t understand, very unhappy!

Placed an online order for pick up last night. We were suppose to get 5 pieces of chicken with our meal. First of all we waited 40 minutes for our food patiently. We could’ve walked in there and asked what’s the hold up on the food but we waiting patiently. The girl finally brings the food out and we only have 3 pieces of chicken and we are missing our sauces. I go in and ask for the receipt and politely just try to explain to them that we are missing two pieces of chicken and our sauces. The manager popped around the corner with the most negative energy and said “I know for a fact there were 5 pieces because I made this myself” I responded back with “no it was 3 pieces in the box, we would not lie about something like this.” The way she spoke and her tone said it all. The way she looked at me you would’ve thought I just drove my car through the building. We in fact did not lie about the food and we had to wait 40 minutes for it in the first place. Overall, the experience was horrible. The sides were cold, no silverware in the bag, customer service was terrible. Horrible management at this location. The manager in charge that runs this place should find another job if she hates it so much. I feel bad for her employees.

I was the only person inside the store, prepaid for my food on Uber and it took them 30 minutes to prepare my food. Just abysmally slow for one persons food.

Went inside and waited over 30 minutes after ordering and still no food. The cashiers walked away and never came back, the drive through person had to take my order and give me my refund which took another 10 minutes. There was yelling and slamming noises coming from the back. From what it looked like the drive through wasn’t much better. Whoever was in charge needs to be fired and the general manager needs to rethink about their staff.

First off kudos to the young man that took my order at the first window, came to the second window to make my drink, and then I observed him taking orders for the dining room amazing young man, I know I saw at least 3 other employees in the kitchen with him! I just feel that that’s completely unfair on him, no way he’s being compensated enough for doing 3 different job duties! I paid for my food and ended up having to leave bc I couldn’t wait on it any longer!

Order my food before I went on lunch break. Takes around 8 minutes to get to location. Waited a few minutes and checked in. Pulled up to the second window and waited 40 minutes, before someone acknowledged me. Was then told, I’m about to cook your food. I explained to the guy, I was already late coming back to work, just give me anything that is ready.

The slowest service, never have chicken at a chicken place!!! 3 pieces of chicken took 30 minutes. If I hadn't already paid, I would have driven elsewhere!!! 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
Gave me the wrong order. Then my order had potatoes and gravy with no potatoes. Pretty dirty inside. So I gave them the benefit of the doubt I came back again and it's even worse the food sucks here it's cold it's never hot no matter what time of the day you come it just sucks I won't ever eat here again I suggest you don't either unless you like bland cold food

We went through the drive thru on our way home from out of town. The drive thru area looked run-down and not well taken care of. But, we had placed our order on the app so we didnt know this ahead of time. When we got to the speaker we let them know we had a mobile order. We were told to pull up to the second window. So we did. There was 1 other car there before us and they were asked to pull up. When we got to the window we were told there was a 6 minute wait for chicken, could we pull up as well. There was no one behind us. We pulled up. We waited 20-25 minutes for our food. It looked like everything was in our bag so we pulled off. After taking everything out we noticed the sauces WE HAD TO PAY FOR were not in the bag. We were already on the highway so we weren't going back, but after waiting 25 minutes for chicken-AT A CHICKEN ONLY RESTAURANT-I would've thought they could've at least made sure everything else was in the bag. Not impressed.

Visited restaurant at 733 via the drive-thru. Was told one moment repeatedly until 7:47 when someone decided to finally take my order. Proceeded to tell me they were out of pot pies when I tried to order a pot pie. Ask if they were out of anything else they said no. Proceeded to order a chicken sandwich she then said they were out of chicken breasts. Absolute waste of time. Horrible customer service. No wonder these restaurants are going out of business
