Doordashed here at 5 and the driver gave me a heads up saying they are out of chicken for at least 20 mins. Used to not even give this place a chance but co worker told me it’s improved so I tried it ordered some nuggets and after 40+ minutes it’s finally finished takes the guy 5 mins to get here and they forgot my nugget sauce hopefully the owners refusal to just train or just pay employees enough to put napkins , forks, and sauces with chicken , will eventually hurt their finances

It’s like a time warp! No matter what time you go thru the drive thru you will sit there for 30 or longer.

Manager is a good guy, and always makes sure he fixes mistakes uncontrollable such as items that still say available in the app. Food is usually fresh for the most part. If the app was fixed would rate 5 stars because why is it still saying available if it isn’t. Your experience will depend on the employees for sure.

The manager on right 01/31/25 230pm. Is awesome Uber eats didn't have the Mac n cheese bowl on the app. I call to see what I could do to get it with the rest of my order. I didn't even care if I had to order a different meal to match the price. The manager was able to make it happen. Everyone should be more like this manager (give this guy a raise). DK “Hey you” Means

Was in a rush. Decided to drive-thru. Sign on speaker said 10 pieces 10 dollars. Easy. Didn't notice till later on bank statement rang me up 20 dollars. Guess I'm part of this issue for not noticing. Be careful about overcharges.

Spicy chicken sandwich… wrapper was room temp.. sandwich had no warmth at all…
Looked like cooked and put in wrapper and set on a shelf till there was an order for it

I couldn’t give a negative star but I WISH I could!!! They keep you at the pay window so their timer doesn’t reflect. So you sit for 30-35 minutes waiting for food that is not even your order.
The only decent worker was the girl. (She was the only one there with guys who don’t want to work)

How do you even let this happen? How did no one see this at all? The green plastic was obviously sticking out of this chicken. I'm sure that's exactly why it was put at the bottom of my bucket. Gross.
