I understand you Can't please Everybody it really has gotten a bad rap. Every time I go there I have a wonderful experience.That chicken is delicious and not a single problem. So hopefully more people will give it a chance.

Just horrible all the way around. First time I've ever been to a KFC that the chicken was so badly over cooked. The biscuits tasted like it had tons of sugar in it.I'll NEVER order anything from here again.

Website indicates a $5 price for 2 piece, leg/ thigh COMBO. Drive through sign indicates $7, which is what I paid. Very small pieces of chicken and a bit overcooked. This location has had quality & service issues for years??

I haven't been to KFC in many years. I happened to be driving past this location and decided to give it a try. I went through the drive-through and ordered a combo meal. I made the mistake of not opening the bag to make sure I received what I ordered. When I got home, I saw that there was nothing in the bag but a container of plain mashed potatoes. No chicken, no biscuit, no gravy. I called and the person told me I needed to drive back to Biloxi to get a refund, so I tried calling the customer service number on the receipt, and that person said all he could do was send me some coupons. (I received nothing, by the way.)I happen to be back in Biloxi about a week later and I thought I would stop, again, to get the food I paid for or a refund. The extremely rude people working there refused to give me the food or a refund since I had called corporate, and apparently got them in trouble. I had to go through my credit card and do a charge back to get a refund, which is ridiculous.
After the second attempt the manager went out of her way to make it right. This was an our third time eating there and every time we had an issue with the chicken being soggy around the edges. However, thank goodness for a competent manager who was very helpful and happy to assist with us last Friday night. If you order there you might wanna go inside and check your order before leaving.
