I ordered a mchicken sandwich and small fries. The lettuce on the sandwich was old and brown. DO BETTER MCDONALD'S!!! The wait time in the drive thru wasn't long this time. The fries was okay, a lil salty for my liking.

Went to pick up order and they are severely under staffed, got kicked out of the lobby and then had to wait in drive through line for over 30 minutes. Management needs to get there shit together and hire some workers.

This has gotten to be one of the worst McDonalds in the state of Mississippi! The staff play around while having you sit at the speaker waiting. You finally get your food and it's not the way you asked for it, after waiting almost 30min. You give it back to them and they give u the same cold burger back and prep it up like it's fresh when it's the same exact burger they gave you before. They also take the fries up way too early and they're just soggy. I gave it all back for remake and they give me the same thing. I ordered a Large frappe without whip. The girl remakes it twice because she gave me the wrong flavor and WITH whip cream once and the next time she hands me the same frappe which she "tried" to jus scrape the whip off and I still saw it floating in there. So they tell us to pull up and I get the same cold burger,soggy fries and melted frappe after waiting another 12min. I call the store and ask for the manager and the girl says speaking. I then begin to tell her my problem and she hangs up in my face and don't call back. I know yall have caller ID. Which let's me know it wasn't a mistake. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WAITING IN LINE TO GET POOR SERVICE AND INCORRECY/POOR QUALITY FOOD!

This may be some of the worst service from a McDonald’s that I have been to. Multiple times I have gone through the drive through to be told to park on the side and wait for my food along with anywhere from 4-10 other cars (This particular time was 8 cars). I assume this is to pad their drive through numbers and appear as if they have a great turn around time on orders even though wait time is ridiculously long. It is absurd to me that they have such little regard for their customers time. I’ve had multiple occurrences where I have waited 20 to 40 minutes (This time was 22 minutes) after already having to wait in line and pay for my food. This type of service will prevent me from ever coming back to this location.

I went to McDonald’s on cedar lake road off I10 in Biloxi Ms, I am a life long customer of McDonald’s restaurants , 60 years old, I had a Big Mac meal,, I drove home to eat my food,, about 3 blocks or 3 minutes,, the burger was mediocre to ok. But the fries?? Terrible terrible terrible,, the fries were hard and crunchy really hard to eat, I had to throw them away,, and they were hot,, so what I suspected is they re- dropped cold fries in the grease to heat them up again, because with timers on the fries cooking, you can’t really overcook,, they sucked , pretty obvious that the help was told to reheat old fries in the grease and this really sucks

Waited 30 minutes for my order, my order was prepaid through the app, I finally get my food and the girl is telling me everything is in there and trying to rush me off. Well now I know why. Missing part of my order! So I got scammed out of my money, waisted about 10 dollars in gas, and rushed off by someone who obviously is on drugs. Updating my review a year later still horrible, if not even worse

I was shocked to place my order and find that they had removed the drink machine. I like to make my drink a certain way. There’s no way I can tell an employee how to do it and expect it to be right. They need to reverse this policy. Or, let the Descher Organization have the store.

First of all, they have no one to work to front time. All they depend on is the kiosk. The kios does not have many options to choose from then when you do get your food after waiting for so long every time a 100% of the time your order is Is wrong? It may have a attitude like it's your fault that they messed up your food.
