I went through the drive-thru to redeem a deal on my app. I gave her the code and placed my order and the sign still said full price. She said her systems were down and she couldn't honor any prices. But because she took my code and entered it, it says I can't use another one for 15 minutes. If her system is down then why does my app say code used? I was suspicious about going to this particular McDonald's because it is in a prime beach front location. However, there were signs everywhere reminding me to use my app so I thought it was safe. WRONG! I get the feeling that sometimes locations use the app when they want to and turn it off when they want to.

This place is terrible. Drive thru takes forever. Online orders don’t speed anything up either. Went inside 11/8/25 to pick up two mocha frappes. Checked in at counter. Took 15 minutes. Everyone that came after me got their food and left. Finally had to ask if they forgot about me. Then I was told that the bag needed changed.

McDonald’s already has very little to offer. I just ordered a small black coffee and a hash brown. I stood at the counter for over 15 minutes while staff walked by without acknowledging the growing crowd. One woman mentioned that she had been waiting 30 minutes. The automation in McDonald’s is the worst thing to ever happens to their service.

Horrible. 35 minutes in line, Noone even responded to the intercom. Same day tried to go inside, doors were locked, lady came to the door, said they was short handed so they closed the lobby.....????

Don't know body want to do there job these days everyone in mcdonald's acts like you're a inconvenience to them there lazy they will ignore u they will let u sit in drive thru for 35 min night shift does not want to work and u can't get breakfast before 5am witch is crazy u can't even get a frappe before 5am
