They messed up on my order , I understand I worked fast food before and we all make mistakes but Mr.Jimmy fixed it with no problem. Great service and I didn't wait long.

Waited over an hour in drive thru line. Very slow paced. For a Friday night - they should be staffed enough to run efficiently. 10 cars left the line. We already ordered on line and couldn’t cancel it so we had to wait. This is the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. Management is awful. Customer service is tacky.

They have never once in the history of the 7 years I have lived on Cedar lake made my sandwich correctly. It's not a hard sandwich, it's usually just no ketchup. Some how, they mess it up SO bad, every time. Last March the lady argued with me about whether I had a kids meal or not, while I was holding my recept with a chicken sandwich meal. Insisting I ordered a kids meal, like I didn't just give my order and pay for the order I gave. Anyways, tonight I asked for no ketchup, add mayo, and they gave me only ketchup on the burger. 👍They were really nice though.

I’m sure I spent 25-30 minutes in the drive thru lane around 4:00pm. When I got to the first window, she could not find my order. Someone had to come to the register to re-enter my order. I wanted a Quarter Pounder Meal with a Diet Coke and just a BigMac sandwich. I was told I had to order a drink, too. I did. Then I drove to the pickup window and they had to hunt for my food. They finally found it, told me goodbye and started to close the window. I told her I didn’t have my drinks. She got them for me. I grabbed a few French. Fries, Yuck!! The fries had almost no salt on them, they were cold and mushy. If this is how McDonald’s is serving food, this is my last trip to McD’s.

Waited 19 minutes for an order of Hotcakes and Sausage. They just microwave the pancakes and throw a sausage in there - why does that take nearly 20 minutes?

Takes them forever to make the food. When they do the food is cold. And if you order curbside they never want to bring the order out, especially in the rain. They say with my food for 20 minutes completed before I went inside to get it. This is not the only time I have had troubles with this location.
