During Biloxi's snow-pocalypse, this pizza hut was one of the only food establishments open after the roads were perfectly fine. While they did run out of food, which was expected, they maintained professionalism even during several disgruntled customer's interactions. Super amazing service on an extremely busy night! I’m home for the holidays and decided to order Pizza Hut for the family and although we ordered online I had to call and have modifications to my order… Ms. Ashley was sooooooooo freaking awesome!!!! Simply amazing job hiring an outstanding young woman! Even when I’m back in New Mexico, I’ll still be ordering for my parents here in Biloxi just because I know they’ll be in great hands if I give Ashley a call! <3

I have to say, this is the BEST customer service of all Pizza Hut's. The CREW always ensures you're happy with your pizza and if you're not, they'll remake it for you no questions asked! I really appreciated the manager taking the time to explain to me the differences in how the various crusts bake and recommendations on how I should order my pizza next time so that it comes out the way I expect it to. ? She really knows her stuff and the crew is great, too!
