I do not know what happened at Pop's. 6 months ago it would be 5 stars and all the praises. I moved into the area 3 years ago and we have been ordering Pop's pretty regularly about once a month or every other month. The pizza was always fantastic. They weren't stingy with their toppings, food came hot, everything was very consistent for a few years. We order through Grub Hub and Door Dash for delivery so I've never been to the store. About 4 or 5 months ago we got an order that was messed up I think the toppings were wrong on the pizza but it wasn't a big deal because they were still topping that we eat. Then the next two orders also came with something wrong missing something or the wrong size pizza. After the third time having a messed up order I decided I'm not going to order from them anymore. I don't know if it's new management or what but the consistency and quality are no longer there. I tried a few other pizza places that were just not as good and one was downright bad. So we decided that Pop's on their worst day is still better than this other place on any given day and I placed an order with Pop's again today. I ordered 2 different pizzas and they sent me 2 identical pizzas. Hardly any toppings on either. What is going on at Pop's? What happened there 5 months ago that disrupted everything that was going so well for years? I really want the consistently good and correct Pop's back. This Imposter Pop's hurts my heart. Is this the universe's way of telling me to stop eating pizza? Pictured is one pepperoni and sausage pizza and one sausage and extra cheese pizza. Sike! They are 2 of the same pizza 😥 Also pictured is the ticket which maybe they need to get a new printer because I can hardly read that, maybe the person making the pizza has a hard time reading this dim ticket? I really want old Pop's back.

Food is consistently fantastic. The service at the door and inside is a bit understaffed and creates a less than great experience for customers. Hopefully just a staffing issue on a Monday night.

Pop’s Pizza never disappoints! Mikayla was absolutely wonderful — super friendly, polite, and had a great attitude the entire time. She had my to-go order ready and even grabbed my drink with a smile. The pizzas and sides are always delicious, and the atmosphere is perfect for families. Great food, great people, great place all around!
Great family ran pizza place but... with the best pizza consistantly and great service with a super family environment. Went tonight and they had JUSTIN MCLENDON singing with his guitar. Volume and mix was great with a talented entertainer. GO CHECK OUT POP'S PIZZERIA and check out Justin for a great experiance.

Greeted and seated … beverages and apps were out fast. Young waitress visited our table multiple times throughout. We took some leftovers home. Great food and experience. I highly recommend this place.

Pizza was too thin and too tough. What happened to it. Used to be so good.
Was in town this weekend with my daughters and I said let's do pizza, you were highly suggested by my daughter who lives here. Totally impressed from the mome t we stepped in the door. Makayla our server was beyond awesome!! Words can not describe her hospitality and the way she spoke to my youngest daughter was amazing. I hope she knows she was very much appreciated tonight. Next time I'm down from Tennessee, this will be my first stop.

I won't be ordering wings or mozzarella sticks from this place again! Do they sell wings by the pound and thats why they dont break them apart? And damn there was so much oil than sauce on the garlic parmesan wings. Why bother adding the chips if no salsa or queso is included? Mozzarella stick were hollow, as if the cheese melted and was left in the fryer.

Pizza was ready on time for takeout and hot. For $22.50 I expected a lot more very very skimpy on toppings and sauce the cheese was average. Also the toppings, sauce and cheese end about 1 1/2” to 2” from edge of crust. So my 16” carnivore in reality was 12” to 13” pizza. For the amount of different toppings you’d expect to get at least two toppings with each bite. No better than Dominoes r Pizza Hut if as good, but I give everything one chance and when u can’t deliver I’m over it. I don’t guess these places r smart enough to realize if sell they 50 pizza and make a 75% profit you’re not do as good as selling 100 pizza and make a 50% profit. U treat people right and give them what they pay for they’ll be back and word of mouth is the best advertisement u can get and these reviews. So u can screw me once and make ya big money r have my business for ever u make the choice.

This is a hidden gem in Biloxi! A must have if you live there or you visit! The pizza and the staff especially Natalie is amazing and the owner Nicole treats people good and cares about her establishment and it shows 5 stars to this place! Will be back soon!
