Caesar salad and stuffed mushrooms are some top starter picks, some do the best I've ever had! We got the 40oz Porter and it was so good, the filet side was so tender it was fork cut able! And don't get me started on the lobster Mac! The staff was so helpful with us, first time ever going to a nice dinner and helping us understand the menu and gave us a wonderful Experience. From the moment we opened the door until we left. I would have loved to of personally thanked each of them. Hope to go again back home at the Destin location. P.s. the drinks were all really good too!

Our service was excellent, particularly our waiter , John. The eating area is pleasant and quiet . We had a group of four, all ordering filet. The filets were tasty, but were not as “melt-in-your-mouth” as at the Ruth Chris location in Baton Rouge. Apparently the filets here in Biloxi are not Prime, but rather “center cut”. Good, but not earth-shattering. The sides we enjoyed were mushrooms, spinach, and au gratin potatoes. All were excellent. Drinks were reasonably priced and we liked our cocktails and red wine. Overall, a nice experience, but not as memorable as dinners at the privately owned location in Louisiana.

Took the grandkids for a last minute trip to Gulf Coast as school gets under way. They love steak and no better place to geta steak than Ruth's at the Hard Rock. Been there at least 10 times in the past twelve years. Always a great meal with great service. Our server was very welcoming to the grandkids.

This was in the bar area, not the main dining to be very clear. We had reservations in main dining but a baseball cap derailed our experience. We were asked to sit in the bar which was 100% correct. No complaints there.

Dinner was amazing. Our waiter Matthew was friendly and knowledgeable about the food and drinks being offered and the history of the Hard Rock. Steak was outstanding, sweet potato casserole the best and drinks were perfect.

We felt rushed from the time we set down. We had a drink then ordered a soup then salad then steak. Soup and salad arrived at the same time before our second drinks arrived. Then steaks came before we were finished with soup and salad and before we finished our second drink. I would have ordered a glass of wine with my meal but was finished before our server came to ask. We are long time customers and love the steak and ambiance but was sorely disappointed with the service last Saturday night.

We have eaten there many times and loved it. This time it felt very different. Our reservation was at 8:00. At 3 minutes till we were told that they wouldn't seat us until 8:00 exactly. Where did this policy come from? It makes people feel uncomfortable and that they aren't wanted. There was no one else waiting and plenty of tables available. Bad. Bad service.

We have been dining at this particular Ruth's Chris' for many years now and have noticed that something has changed in the quality of the steaks since Darden Foods took over a couple years ago. I don't know if their supplier has changed or if their aging process has changed but the quality and taste of the New York Strip has definitely changed (The NY Strip is what I ALWAYS order so I speak from experience). The service is still first class as always and the other menu items seem consistent. This is our third visit since the change in ownership and coincidentally the third time the NY Strip has not been up to expectation.

Was a great experience, from the minute we walked in with the hostess (Shelly) greeting us, wish us a happy anniversary, (yes it was in their computer) but acknowledged non the less with a smile. Will our waiter, was great!! Very informative with and on the menu, food was great but with a great waiter It makes the experience ten fold. From the rose petals on the table to the acknowledgment from Will as well. We are from NOLA, and would recommend Ruth's Chris in the Hard Rock before the one in NOLA. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING !!!
