We have eaten there many times and loved it. This time it felt very different. Our reservation was at 8:00. At 3 minutes till we were told that they wouldn't seat us until 8:00 exactly. Where did this policy come from? It makes people feel uncomfortable and that they aren't wanted. There was no one else waiting and plenty of tables available. Bad. Bad service.

We have been dining at this particular Ruth's Chris' for many years now and have noticed that something has changed in the quality of the steaks since Darden Foods took over a couple years ago. I don't know if their supplier has changed or if their aging process has changed but the quality and taste of the New York Strip has definitely changed (The NY Strip is what I ALWAYS order so I speak from experience). The service is still first class as always and the other menu items seem consistent. This is our third visit since the change in ownership and coincidentally the third time the NY Strip has not been up to expectation.

Was a great experience, from the minute we walked in with the hostess (Shelly) greeting us, wish us a happy anniversary, (yes it was in their computer) but acknowledged non the less with a smile. Will our waiter, was great!! Very informative with and on the menu, food was great but with a great waiter It makes the experience ten fold. From the rose petals on the table to the acknowledgment from Will as well. We are from NOLA, and would recommend Ruth's Chris in the Hard Rock before the one in NOLA. THANKS FOR EVERYTHING !!!

They were out of a couple of items we ordered. It was extremely hot in the back of the restaurant, several of us were sweating and made it less enjoyable. The food and service were great.

We celebrated our son's graduation and, upon entering the restaurant, we were informed that hats were not allowed in the dining area. After being seated, we noticed that three other men at different tables were wearing hats.
We are Latino, not Caucasian, and our son currently serves in the United States Space Force. The hat he was wearing was from the USSF.
Although we do not reside in Mississippi, we observed that the hostess escorted another gentleman to his table while he was also wearing a hat. At that moment, it became clear to us that there was a difference in treatment between the Caucasian patrons and our family.
On a positive note, our server was amazing, and the food was excellent.
Had a wonderful time and dining experience with Jasmine. We’ve been many times, as we are local; however, Jasmine made this night even more of a delight. I had an unfortunate accident with a super hot glue gun burning all my fingers and jasmine actually cut my steak up for me… You can’t beat service like that. We also enjoyed sharing our own childhood memories, and Jasmine made our evening all All that much better. Thanks, Jasmine and Ruth Chris, for never disappointing!!!!!
