As per the usual, this Ruth's Chris did not disappoint. If you are looking for the typical special occasion steak dinner, this is your go-to chain, so we already knew what to expect going in. It was our anniversary and we were pleased with this particular location because it was located in the Hard Rock casino which gave us a fun time before and after our meal. The service here was above what I have experienced at other locations, so they did an excellent job here of that. We each ordered the Prix Fixe Special Menu, both getting the filet and shrimp and then each getting the spinach and garlic mash. This set-up also comes with house or caesar salad or lobster bisque and a dessert. It was all excellent. We both each had a cocktail as well and they were excellent, I always order a blue cheese olive stuffed martini and they did it just right. Pro tip at this location, order small and then visit the Sugar Factory inside the casino for dessert, we wish we would have saved room for that instead! Or, talk a walk on the beach a little ways down from the casino and enjoy a nightcap before calling it a night. Overall a great experience.
How on earth does this Ruth’s Chris have all of the talented, sharp, amazing staff? Anthony runs a very tight ship, and happens to be a genuinely awesome person. Jasmine was amazing!! She’s so on the ball, excellent recommendations, honestly the best server I’ve ever had. She needs a promotion. And, like, a dozen high-fives.Vegetarian options: Do you like their sides? If yes, you’ll love the veg plate.

When planning our trip to Biloxi, we saw plenty of steakhouses but most were not open that day. So we decided to give Ruth's Chris a try and it did not disappoint.Food- We always get the stuffed chicken breast at Ruth's Chris. This location made it perfectly, it was seasoned well and crispy and just delicious! We also ordered the loaded mashed potatoes and asparagus with hollandaise and two glasses of Moscato. This location along with the one in Savannah have been our favorites! That says a lot because when we like a chain restaurant we try it in different cities/states.Atmosphere - It is located in the Hard Rock hotel and casino. There was a sign that said the valet was closed so we parked in the parking deck. The walk isn't bad if you are wearing heels. The restaurant itself was pretty quiet and empty when we went.Service - Our two servers were good. We didn't have to ask for anything because they were on it!

Wife and I have been wanting to try for years and we finally agreed to try the location inside the Hard Rock Hotel in Biloxi. Absolutely loved it! Our waiter was John C. (sorry if spelled wrong) and we were very, very impressed with him. He made our experience one we wouldn't forget. Very attentive, informative and just an overall joy to have as our server. We will definitely be returning and will be asking for John C. again.
