My favorite casino!!Love the restaurants, pool, and location, close to Ocean Springs, and New Orleans.
We had a blast staying here!! Everyone was so friendly and the place is very well kept up. We will be returning š©·
Beau Rivage is the nicest casino on the Mississippi Gulf Coast.
The food is pretty blah, not anything to brag about and service is even worse. I ordered a BLT, a Reuben and a cheesecake (donāt bother with cheesecake itās tasteless). She repeated the order to me, I gave her my card not paying attention to what she charged. Waited for my order. As Iām watching the woman making sandwiches I see she has gloves on but is touching her face with the glovesā¦GROSS! My order comes, only a BLT. I asked about the Reuben and am told I didnāt order it. I specifically ordered it and it was repeated to me. I look at the receipt and I was not charged for it but I didnāt appreciate the attitude from the girl handing out orders, no customer service skills at all. We get to the room, I bite into my sandwich, I feel something odd in my mouth and pull out a knot of black hair, definitely not mine. Sandwich goes in trash. Absolutely unacceptable on every issue and definitely not acceptable with hair.

I had the seafood gumbo at this snack shop, it was the best food I had while in Mississippi, wish I could get some shipped to me in Louisiana!

Bring your free drinks from the casino floor, or pay $2.75 for water and $5.00 for soda. Our charter flight (MGM) didn't put us at the hotel until 8:30 PM. We just wanted a quick bite to eat, figured this was the place. we went with a whole pizza and figured we'd take the leftovers to our room. So cheese Pizza it was.. IT WAS HORRIBLE, literally tasted like cardboard, CARDBOARD, cardboard. Made me wonder how long it was in the freezer before being thrown in the oven to get that taste to it. I did go back to the counter to let them know it was bad and all i got in response was "Ohhhh OK". No offer to get something else, just "Ohhh OK". We waited in line for quite awhile to begin with and about 25 mins for the pizza. For the prices they could do better.Small seating area available.Located in the far back right of the casino.

My husband and I had the pepperoni pizza. It is all cheese, virtually no sauce. We pretty much hated it. I'm sure the Beau Rivage can do better than this.

Small amount of offerings. Long line during peak hours. Doesn't open until 11am. I liked the coney dog.

Pizza was the worst we've ever had!! Gave my husband the worst tummy ache, will never eat here again. If you think you're saving money eating here, you'll be mistaken. Prices has gone to the roof, but quality of food doesn't match the prices they charged!!

School lunch quality at 5 star hotel prices. (TBH my school lunches werenāt this bad)We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 2 bags of chips and 2 drinks for a whopping 60 bucks which included a $10 tip. The burger was an over cooked soybean patty or some other mystery meat. The mystery meat was so dry, it could have been used as a weapon. Presentation was great as it was situated between a pretty brioche bun. But do know no amount of ketchup and mayo will make that thing easy to swallow. Youāre better off trying to swallow the $16 that the burger costs. Thereās no excuse to serve a barely edible cheeseburger in a hotel like this let alone charge $16 bucks for it.
