Its surprising seeing all the reviews about poor customer service here. We stayed at Harrah's for three nights and visited Starbucks every morning. Same two ladies working all weekend and both were always nice, always greeted me, always repeated my order to make sure it was correct. The line was always long in the morning, but that's to be expected. It did move along pretty quick though.
The ladies that work here are awesome. There's rarely a line so your in and out pretty quick. You an swipe your casino card here too for points. They always have the new trendy coffee and drink recipes, not all Starbucks inside of another business do, so that's pretty cool. I always get the iced coffee or the nitro. The prices here are more than other Starbucks by nearly a couple dollars, but I guess that's the price for convenience. Because of that, we usually...
