The cashier was superb. The kitchen staff had to redo my food 3 times and then had an attitude because they didn't read the ticket.

Kid-friendliness: I was able to bring my daughter with me as long as I stayed with her.

This location, own 24/7, is inside Harrah’s Golf Coast Casino Resort, and children are allowed. If you’re lucky enough to be served by the wonderful JeQuita, then you’re very lucky indeed! Rarely have I encountered such a kind, enthusiastic fast food employee-certainly a ray of sunshine! They have a limited menu, featuring great burgers. Combos include fries, or for an up charge, onion rings or salad. Salad wasn’t available the day we were there. Fries were okay. Specialized shakes with mix in’s are delicious, and thank goodness for their mid week afternoon happy hour which makes them a little more affordable as their prices are on the higher side.

Don't eat there the food tastes nasty and they charge to much. I got a drink with my meal and ask for a refill and they charge already 3.75 and then for refill 1.25

When they patties start looking like this...little as hell....look like sausages...wth

Ordered food totaling $22, Gave the clerk 2 - 20's and she said "Out of 2 20's", the clerk gave me $3 back. I said you owe me $15 as I gave you 2 20's. She now denied that and said we can check the video. I told her to do it. I was then told the manager Dustin had to look at video the next day at 6am. I returned at 6am and was told Dustin did not come in until 9. I returned at 9am and was told Dustin just shows up when he feels like it. I stopped back and left messages for Dustin several times over the next few days. I never did meet Dustin the manager or get a call back from him. I am now seeking to contact the franchise owner and corporate over this theft of my money.

I went to steak and shake and and JeQuita was so amazing. She answered all my questions and was so sweet

Paid $42 for 2 burgers, 2 fries and 2 sodas. Burgers were thrown together like a child prepared it. Fries were iced cold upon arrival. Had to wait for drinks 10 minutes after food arrived. Very disappointed in this place. This was once a great place for a burger. Those days have gone by the wayside, I will not be returning and will advise others to do the same!

The food is costly but good. The staff is awesome! The menu needs to be updated with the correct cost online and some of the food does not live up to the standard. The pancakes are the microwave ones you get out of the store, very disappointing for size, taste and cost. The burger and fries were good but more like smash burgers so get two patties. The chili is good but the up charge is real compared to the grocery store.

A little pricey… cost $48 for 2 meals and 2 milkshakes, but the food was good. Wait time was short and didn’t take long for food to arrive.

Staff was great. They were kind, hardworking and attentive.Atmosphere was off. For the only location on the coast they shouldn’t have seats duct tape together.Prices were insane. I get that it’s inside of a casino but if I’m paying premium prices then give me some kind of standard of food.Asked for Cajun fries. Wasn’t available. Garlic Parmesan? Still not available. The burgers were not made of high quality products. Which is not the staffs fault either.Lastly I received mustard on my burger. I’m ALLERGIC to mustard but it’s not mentioned ANYWHERE on the menu. Couldn’t eat the burger but the cold fries were okay. My husband liked his food though.
