At the casino. Decided to get a delicious Steak ‘N Shake milkshake at 11:15pm. NEWS FLASH… NOT DELICIOUS!! Since when does Steak ‘N Shake use processed shake stuff and not use actual ice cream? Talk about disgusting! $22 for 2 shakes and we ended up throwing them away! Extremely disappointed!!!!! No taste. Simply yukie!

Had Steak and Shake with my husband for the first time in Mobile the other day and it was crazy good and priced well. So, I was excited when a friend said we had one here, in Biloxi. It was crazy good as well but the price was, like, doubled. We still ate there cause I wanted it, but dang.! I paid 8.29 for the bacon double in Mobile and !!!15.59!!! here, for the same burger. I was shook. So, I’ll just drive to Mobile next time and make a trip out of it.

Hardworking staff! Steak and Shake itself is a waste of Harrah's real estate, although the staff are clearly doing their best. Maybe corporate is too busy with their messaging or political worship to focus on their food business, or they hope the PR appeal to Trump brand patriotism and 'Merica will distract from the drop in quality.

Just a smash burger. It wasn't the best burger and it wasn't the worst. Kinda pricey, but if your hungry in a casino it will do. The staff was friendly and efficient.

The food was really good and you could tell the cook took pride in his job but the girl that took our order and the other female employee were both unhelpful and a little rude. I felt like we were an incompetent to them rather than them being happy to have us there. We were undecided on what to get or where to start so we took more time than we may have should've but she literally walked away from me when I was asking a question about a particular burger to serve other customers with theirs. I will eat at Steak and Shake again but I'll never go to the one in the Harris casino.

Great Garlic Burger, Cool Classic Bar Top 50s Atmosphere. Neat little place to eat plus they closed in my hometown so the nostalgia was awesome as well!

K only reason it got two stars was because the worker was very nice. But the food ya tripping. Whoever idea it was was to make these fries skinny should be fired. And the burger was mid at best. Not good quality meat at all. If your a sober person it's not for you this place is for drunk people who just wanna eat something. And the prices are ridiculous

The black lady at the drive thru this morning gave me spoilt milk in my shake. Also the cup was leaking and had a small hole through it. I’ve been here numerous times at night and never had this issue but now I’ll no longer return period. This is insane.

When I say this when I came into the shake, it was only one person working. She was a cashier waitress and cook it doesn't make any sense I feel sorry for her, then a young man came in to save her but she was so sweet and nice. I can say, she was getting the job done and I forgot to ask for her name, but I did bless her

Had to send the burger back because it was made wrong. Ordered the double cheese and bacon. They didn't put the bacon on it. When the cashier asked the cook to remake it he said he's not remaking it and just throw the bacon on it. Then he remade it anyways but it was still made wrong. Poor customer service if you ask me. It was not busy at all so can't use busy as an excuse. There food is too high to not get what you ordered.

Good food served up just a few steps from the casino floor. Staff was super friendly and seemed to really enjoy their jobs.
