We normally love your food but we ordered takeout today (ticket 16) and when we were eating my 7 year old grandson found a bug on the chicken in his yaki soba.

My family and I were looking for a place to eat while waiting on my boys next basketball game to start so we chose this place. (We're not from the area) when we walked in, we were greeted by a friendly waitress. We ordered our food and waited. As we were waiting, my daughter drank most of her sweet tea and we found a dead roach in the glass. We didn't get to try the food because we no longer wanted to eat there. The waitress apologized and we were on our way.

Most of the food was plan and I'm nit hard to please when it comes the sushi. Bot over not the worst but I had to drown my Salmon roll in yum yum Sauce It didn't even taste like salmon or fish. It just tasted like nothing. I was really disappointed. The service was the worst i've had in a while Usually people at least smile if they're in a rush. But she kinda threw the food down and left. We had to like holler at her to get chopsticks and silverware and stuff. Um, and usually i'm not too terribly hard on servers, but I felt as though she was neglecting like everyone.Especially us, but it can be a lot to sever ppl but it was not ok

Everything was very tasty, although a bit too oily for me (but others may like it that way). At the time I visited, the place was busy, and the kitchen had their hands full. The waitress was super nice and helpful - 7 out of 5 stars.

P.S. The dessert recommended by the waitress was delicious, but I don't remember its name.
