“Resa's catered a function we had at work--even with the food being transported all the way to Carthage, it arrived hot, and it was so delicious! Tastes just like Grandma's cooking. I can't decide what I liked the best: The ribs are wonderful; the fried chicken is the best I've ever eaten. The yams are better than candy, the green beans and mac n cheese are even better than the yams, and the strawberry cake is like Christmas morning all wrapped up in a yummy goodness! We will definitely be using Resa's again for events!“
“We love to eat at Schlotsky's, both in Flowood and in Madison. The restaurant is always clean, the staff has always been friendly, and the sandwiches are some of my favorite deli sandwiches. And we even catch the owner in the kitchen sometimes when we pass through so you know the owner cares about the business!“

Julia worked so well with the bride and our wedding planner to understand bride's vision and make expert recommendations and give guidance while working within our budget. I can honestly say that not only did they capture her vision, but the result was beyond our expectations. Their work was stunning!The food was delicious, and the staff did an excellent job. They kept the food tables filled, bussed the guest tables quickly, provided a private dinner for the bride and groom, packed a tray of food for the couple to take to the hotel, and had the leftover food from the reception packed up and ready to load up with us at the end of the evening. Cleanup was quick and professional, and we were relieved to be able to get home very soon after the end of the reception without worrying about the cleanup of the venue.It was such a pleasure to work with Julia and the Fresh Cut Staff.
