They do not answer the phone. Made my order threw drive threw. I live in Pearl... Order was completely wrong. And shake was milky. I need my money back!!!

Employee told me the ice cream machine was down with technical difficulties which I can understand! However, she then went on to say accidentally over her head set “go home.” Unprofessional and a bit tacky! Hopefully they can find some better help!

I have never been to a DQ this nasty. It appeared that only 2 ladies were working during our visit. The bathrooms were awful, and I don't recall ever seeing any that bad. The lady running the front counter looked a mess, and her top was covered with food. We were thankful we only ordered a drink and ice cream.

This is one location I hope I never stop at again.

Stood inside nobody to take an order. Employees just look at you and do not call anyone. Manager is on her phone and someone with a mobile order waiting and nothing cooking. Terrible.

There was no one inside the store when I got to the drive thru to order and it took 10 minutes before I decided to drive away because they weren't taking my order. I said hello a couple times and kept getting told to hold on. Completely unacceptable for an empty "fast food" place.

Shoutout to this stop I made on the way home. The food was so good! I got chicken tenders and fries with some cheese curds and they were so cheesy. Ms. Penelope the new manager was such a sweetheart and so was the rest of the staff. And the ice cream sundae I got too, omg!! Do not skip out on this visit!

This place needs an over haul. Needs cleaning!!!! Had a bad smell Food was mediocre. The lady that took the order was friendly though. No cakes in the cooler. Just a complete lack of care.
