Stood inside nobody to take an order. Employees just look at you and do not call anyone. Manager is on her phone and someone with a mobile order waiting and nothing cooking. Terrible.

There was no one inside the store when I got to the drive thru to order and it took 10 minutes before I decided to drive away because they weren't taking my order. I said hello a couple times and kept getting told to hold on. Completely unacceptable for an empty "fast food" place.

Shoutout to this stop I made on the way home. The food was so good! I got chicken tenders and fries with some cheese curds and they were so cheesy. Ms. Penelope the new manager was such a sweetheart and so was the rest of the staff. And the ice cream sundae I got too, omg!! Do not skip out on this visit!

Oreo Fudge Brownie Blizzard was 75% white ice cream: the only mix-ins were at the top.

This place needs an over haul. Needs cleaning!!!! Had a bad smell Food was mediocre. The lady that took the order was friendly though. No cakes in the cooler. Just a complete lack of care.

This Dairy Queen needs some help.
The employees are rude, I’ve stood inside several times waiting to order to have the employees look at you and continue to do something else. The wait to order is excessively long inside or outside. I’ve waited 30-40 minutes being the 4th or 5th car in the drive thru. The blizzards time and time again are not mixed correctly. The lower 1/2 of the blizzard is just plain ice cream. Today, my butterfinger blizzard only had butterfinger sprinkled over the top, the rest was plain vanilla ice cream. It’s been subpar for a long time now and I’m hoping someone is working to fix this. I’ve given up on improvement. Will spend my money on the DQ in Flowood. They are nice and prompt and blizzards are always mixed appropriately.
