Staff was sweet as sugar, very kind people, food was great, food came out relatively quick and the atmosphere was great
I had steak on my first visit and a steak burrito on my second both times the steak was really good and the servers are so polite and courteous

While the restaurant can get quite loud due to the lively atmosphere, the service is quick and friendly. The chips and salsa are fresh and tasty, although the salsa is on the milder side. The Mexican tacos, especially the Pastor, Chorizo, and barilla, are flavorful, with notable depth in the dishes. The green salsa and spicy red sauce complement the tacos well. The margaritas are on point, and the "P-6" is amazing with so much food, including a perfect fried egg. The Pollo Hawaiian is a delicious choice, featuring grilled chicken with pineapple, ham, bacon, and cheese dip. The chile relleno melts in your mouth. The staff works hard to provide a pleasant dining experience and can accommodate large groups. On a recent visit, a manager was seen helping the wait staff, which improved the service. The music can be loud, and parking is available in front, on the side street, or behind the building. Overall, Pancho’s Cantina & Grill is a great spot for a delicious meal, just be prepared for a lively and noisy environment.
