It was super busy and the manager was continuously circling, cleaning, taking orders serving food serving drinks WITH the BEST ATTITUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE! “I noticed this restaurant maybe a week or so before it opened, and I had told myself that I'd give it a try!Whether you're simply looking in through the large, open windows that serve as the restaurant's front-facing wall, or you take your first step into the building, you'll very quickly notice that it is very lively inside--maybe a bit too lively for some. At 6PM on a Sunday evening, It was very, very noisy in the building, as the walls seemed to echo and amplify over a hundred dining customers' voices.Despite the crowd, I am quickly seated, asked for my drink, and provided with chips and salsa. The chips are about average, though there were some in my basket that were a bit on the over/undercooked side. The salsa is pretty good, in my opinion, though I've certainly had better.I ordered three Mexican tacos, asada (steak), chorizo, and pastor (grilled pork with pineapple), wrapped in a corn tortilla with onions and Cilantro, served on a narrow, wooden block that was sized for the tacos, though I would have preferred a plate. The Cilantro didn't quite taste fresh, but the taco was very good, especially the Pastor and Chorizo! The green salsa they serve with it is good, and the spicy, darker red sauce had a nice kick.That said, I think the three Mexican tacos are a little overpriced. You can order any one of those tacos a la carte for $4 each, but 3 tacos would be $15. I would have appreciated a fourth taco at that price point, and you could probably get two tacos and some side for nearly $15 and have more food. I think they should adjust the "3 for $X" pricing if they want to sell these more frequently.Customer service was good. You can definitely see in their faces that they're working very hard to serve their customers, so be sure to tip them well!Overall, I enjoyed the restaurant and would recommend it to anyone who doesn't mind eating in a very noisy environment. Next time, I will order the burrito texaco!“
“I was surprised to find place that is down home cooking in a “fast food” style way. I called to place a to go order and she told me they have a drive thru and would get me outta there in 5 minutes. I said say no more! So far I’ve been twice and had the chopped steak and fish plate. If you’re looking for that down home cooked taste, especially on a quick lunch break, I would highly recommend this place.“
“had dinner at cerami's last night with friends. i ordered the soft shell crab special and it was delicious. i didn't want the creamy cajun sauce so our server recommended a different sauce that was perfect for me. i think it was called the cerami sauce? regardless, i enjoyed it so much that we've already made a reservation to return next week. the bar inside was filled with daily locals but was still welcoming to outsiders. decor is pretty standard old school italian but the musician adds a nice touch. each entree is served with a salad that is tasty and goid arrives quickly. perhaps just a bit too quickly, although my food was tasty, it wasn't hot. it was warm but not hot which would gave made all the difference“
“BIG Black and Bleu Burger--in 10 yrs of Being a customer ! NEVER EVER have I been disappointed. Most of the staff already know my order-The BIG wine burger -. Juicy, fresh, so Much Flavor- O- rings are top notch- (Although the side serving that comes with the Burgers has definitely decreased) - I do always want more! I take my friends here and say, " YOU MUST GET a BIg BURGER-- try it with mushrooms, just cheese or Like my favorite Bacon and Bleu cheese( # 1) Day time Specials , Lunchtime friendly for families- THIS is a BAR - juke box, live music some nights , karaoke on occasion! Usually a lively place at night.“
“I went today, Fri, April 5, 2024, and paid $15 to get in along with my wife ($15) as well. Service, Atmosphere, and DJ were great. The only thing they need work on is the food and more wait staff. Wife ordered Shrimp & Grits and I ordered Fish & Grits. I’m not a picky eater, therefore I ate my cold grits and fish. Wife returned her food. She wanted to order Chicken & Waffle, only to find out they only serve Red Velvet Waffle. Please be advised this is a Social Club rather than a Restaurant. So if you’re looking to sit, dance, and vibe with friends; this is the place. My wife and I only wanted to eat.“
“We had the most perfect afternoon at Shaggys on the Rez today. The food was incredibly good, the music was great but the best part was the professional and personable service we received from Autumn. We will definitely be back for all of the above!“
