“I don't know if I've ever had a five-star experience at Chili's, but a dozen 4.4 star visits in a row over the past year earns them this review. Consistently very good service and fresh, hot food time after time. And that is not the norm these post-Covid days, especially in a chain restaurant. They obviously have good management at this location. I'm in the hospitality business, so I'm very picky and usually upset my wife when we go out because I complain and confront establishments with their poor experience. But Petal Chili's has become our Happy Place.“

“This has become our go to place for dinner in Hattiesburg. I tried a Caesar Salad this trip and it was fantastic. As always the atmosphere here is fun. Most of the seating is outdoors so good weather helps. They had several large fans helping with the heat to make it comfortable. Will continue to come back.“

“Delicious food! Buffalo chicken salad was amazing. Dog burger was melt in your mouth good. Meatloaf was recommended as one of the best items on the menu, but was only ok. Sides that came with the meatloaf were better than the meatloaf itself. The garlic mashed potatoes were not garlicky at all and cold coming out though. Service was good, we were continually checked up on!“

“Great service and atmosphere. My wife had the fried pork chops with fries and lima beans. Large serving of 2 pork chops which from my one bite was deliciously tender and perfectly cooked. I ordered the hamburger steak lunch special of the day which came with grilled onions and gravy, fried okra, mash potatoes and gravy, lima beans, and a roll. Portioning was perfect on the sides but a little skimpy on the hamburger burger steak but it might be because it's a lunch portion. The hamburger steak was definitely overcooked and dry as I ordered medium and it was definitely well done. This was my only complaint as a second time customer which ordered the dinner hamburger steak the first time. Pricing is very decent.Dietary restrictions: There's a large salad menu and vegetarian options. As well as gluten free options, calorie friendly options, and keto friendly options.Kid-friendliness: Waitresses and staff are very professional and friendly with children.Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entry ways for wheelchairs and ideal parking near the main entry.“

It can get noisy at lunchtime, but the noise level is tolerable to me, I can turn off my hearing aids if it gets too loud.Wheelchair accessibility: Good access for handicapped. The handicapped parking is directly in front of the entrance. With a gentle.slope up to the doors.“

“Enjoy coming here, staff is nice and food is great. I will note the last time we visited, my friend and I waited nearly an hour for char grilled oysters and it was during slow business hours. Not sure if they were short handed or something, but wish they would’ve told us it was taking longer. But I still love going and will be back“

“I am impressed. The spot was empty on a Monday evening. The restaurant was large and clean. The menu was easy to read and they had daily specials, monthly specials, and happy hour and were all so cheap. The table included bibs, wet wipes, gloves, and a bucket. When the food came out, the portion sizes were generous, I was very full. Our waiter was very attentive and kind. I’d come back!“
