Absolutely disgusting and nauseating!
Nothing is fresh! Butter on biscuits tasted old or spoiled. Mp&g tasted odd and greasy. Chicken had been warmed back up after no telling how long. Most of the crispy crust had fallen off.
placed my order in the app at 710 at my house a mile away. got to the store 5 minutes later, doors are locked, can't pick up the order inside. get in drive thru line and to the window 10 minutes later. my order hasn't been received. worked catches attitude with me about not believing I placed my order and cannot give me anything from my order. tells me to pull up. 5 minutes later, she tells me my order finally came through. 20 minutes later, still no food, but you've charged...read full review
Apparently the manager Michael thinks it’s ok to handle customers food with no gloves while eating and licking his fingers clean. I didn’t know he was the manager but that’s who he claims he was when I asked to speak to the manager. He did not care and told me to go ahead and call corporate and tell them whatever. Haven’t eaten KFC in years and will never again!!! 🤢
