Little Caesars Pizza

Service is always Horrible. An older white woman in there always talks over the customers with attitude and disrespect. Whilst walking around the kitchen complaining and pointing fingers.. The store is always going to be busy. It’s lil Caesars. The younger workers are always more pleasant. I order online for a certain time pickup, so why do I have to wait additional time for something that is preordered, 20additional minutes. This is the third time this has happened to me. In addition the website and app are always malfunctioning. The owner should really reevaluate his staff. Lord knows the owner making the dough, lmao, to pay a lil more for better, more reliable, maybe even passionate workers and management…. I literally can’t be the only person in Brandon, Ms that’s gets irritated with this place of so called service…
Also, put a Sign of window that says if your order isn’t ready drive around, let’s keep it moving!!!!

I have always had problems with the store for many years, but this was the last straw. I will never ever order at this location again. If I ever even order from this company again. I have been trying to call for over 30 minutes. No one will answer the phone. I can clearly hear them picking it up and hanging it up. You also cannot order online anymore like the owner told me to always do because it’s faster. Every time I go by there, my pizza looks horrible, Employees are always outside smoking cigarettes, even though the owner told me a year ago he would stop that. Obviously never did.

When the kids say they want pizza for lunch or dinner, Little Caesars is the best place to go. They have good pizza and it doesn't break your wallet to get it.

Don't go to this little Caesars .when I walked in the door there was cussing and the employees was bickering with each other. And made u feel uncomfortable .they was fighting about there own mess up then wanted to get aggravated with u when u placed your order if I could they wouldn't have any stars

Terrible customer service. Employees were not even remotely friendly or pleasant. Extremely long wait times. I ordered two pizzas and a breadstick and was told food was ready. I paid. Cashier then said food was not ready. Waited 30 minutes. Got tired of waiting. Asked for a refund. Cashier said she voided my transaction and gave me a receipt. I asked the manager, who was rude, and she said there was nothing else they could do. I never got the refund. I emailed the company and called the national company number and spoke with five different people. They all told me they would pass on the info to the owner. Still never got a refund. Filed a dispute with my bank today after 3 weeks. Shop at Dominos.

Food was great as I have gotten before. Bad thing the young girl taken money is very rude.

stopped in at 1150 to grab a hot and ready. pretty sure i got the first one the made at 10am. if i wanted old dried up pizza i would have gone to mazzios

😢 why this cheese bread was soo fantastic i cried why I was eating it !!! Listen, ion know what they doing but they better then any lil Ceasars I ever ate at periodt

I went in close to time to close and ordered, right after I got off work. I was politely served inedible garbage. The cook yesterday was obviously NOT interested in doing his job properly but at least the girl at the counter took one look at it and replaced it with the hours old pizza from the box 😂. I paid for garbage not trash 😔 I know not to expect 5 stars from little Caesars but, the amount of young people that have less than no work ethic and purposely don't do their job even to the lowest standards is sad.

Customer service was horrible, Food looked like it was made by a team of three-year-olds absolutely gross and disgusting, Atmosphere is nonexistent. Food is so greasy it won’t even stay in one piece. Absolutely ridiculous. Will never buy from this location again eve.
