Got a chicken on a stick dinner and a catfish dinner with fries and hushpuppies. The chicken on a stick was a nice size and good. Catfish and hushpuppies were really good. The fries were the seasoned kind, which were also good. Food was cooked to order, so it was a 10-15 min wait.

I ordered today first they forgot my hush puppies and I had to go back around to get them , then on top of that I found a long piece of blonde hair in my food also the fish was really fishy no seasoning none what’s so ever not even salt and pepper ! I will not be returning ever again . Penns has really went down . I just want to vomit! No refund they said I would have to have the food .

I went to the drive through and theperson on the speaker was very nice and patient. Unfortunately that was overshadowed by the poor customer service and inconvenience. I sat in the drive thru for 30 minutes before approaching the window. Once I made it to the window the lady ask for my payment, she stated there was a charge to use a debit card. She said she was unsure of how much the charge was. She said it was 2 and some change. Still waiting, I tried to get her attention while I was continuing to wait on my meal and she and another associate looked at me and ignored me. Someone else came from the back and I asked for an itemized bill. Another woman came to the window. I expressed my frustration and she offered to make it right. Upon talking to her the first associate comes back to the window and showed just how much she lacks customer service and slammed the window shut in my face. I asked for a refund and the other young lady that initially tried to fix the issue, constantly apologized and of course gave me a refund. I am appreciative of the two ladies that tried to help, but I will not be back to this establishment.

Nerdy Mayday

Came with my mother and order at 6:55pm. We order fried green tomatoes, chicken on a stick plate, and a Philly po boy plate. My mom gets her chicken on the stick plate first. The young girl let's us know the Philly is going to be late because of a big group coming in. As the group was still coming in at that time, and I asked her about the fried green tomatoes and she said she check. Not understanding why it be delayed when the group is still coming in, but okay. The Philly plate comes to the table and its made wrong at 7:20. The fried green tomatoes haven't come to the table yet. Went to check on them at 7:30 and it's now 7:43. Finally got the rest of the order at 7:48. Didn't give a apology on the wait. Obviously there's no communication going on with everybody running window (expo). Also not sure if they are paying attention to ticket time and marking off items or stabbing the tickets. Definitely needs more training.
