This Popeyes is the worst. They also close early at 9pm and I had a mobile order and arrived at 9:13 for the staff to tell me I can’t get my order because they are closed… Google, Facebook, and their app say 10pm. The app didn’t refund me because it was glitching.. I will drive an extra couple of miles to go to another Popeyes. Very upset..
The women in here are RACIST and rude! Went to pick up a doordash order and they never once acknowledged me, but let a black woman walk through a couple minutes after me and IMMEDIATELY talk to her. As well as there being another dasher there before me and they didn’t even acknowledge him either until she came in. This place is not worth the trouble. Very rude and terrible customer service
The second time they stole from me they charged my son for 2 meals that come with drinks and then charged him for the drinks. The first time they stole they told me my card was declined so I paid cash. Got home and checked my account and they had charged it and it did go through. I went back and manager wouldn't come talk to me and told a girl to tell me that there was nothing I, me not him, could do about it. The girl who actually did the double charge was there.
