Very great experience. Food was hot and fresh. Customer service was awesome. My kids loved the food and so did I. As my 5 years old was eating his burger he even said, “thanks Burger King man”… (referring to the guy that was at the drive thru video when we gathered our food. ? - thanks again
Ok, I don't know if they were short staff or what. We walked in, and there was a guy standing at the counter ... not waiting on food, just talking to one of the ladies hustling in the back. It took 5 min before someone asked to take our order. When it came out, she threw the bag up on the counter and said your order is ready and kept walking.. we were sitting, I just kinda figured she was talking to us.. Service was ok to good but probably the sloppiest and most mediocre whopper I’ve ever had. The “char” broil was barely grey, lettuce in big hunks and off to one side of the bun and all the mayo n stuff was centered in a pile on the bun. Just nasty!
