As a retired person I often travel for leisure all across the southern U.S. from west TX up through SC and beyond. This Popeye’s Chicken restaurant is consistently of the lowest quality I’ve seen. You can always count on a problem with your order or terrible customer service. Really sad.

I ordered a 3 piece combo mild with red beans. I got an 3 piece combo spicy with mash potatoes and gravy. The chicken was not seasoned. $10.00 down the drain.

Came to Popeyes at 6:24 on March 8 and the lobby was closed no sign in window and nobody answered the phone to explain why? poor service.

We got there at 9:20 and tried to go inside. They told us that they’ll take our order in the drive through instead. Apparently they close 30 minutes before they are supposed to and we waited for over 10 minutes (for no reason) with other cars. Staff was rude when we asked about it and lied for no reason. Terrible place.

I ordered a four-piece leg and thigh meal and when I got home I only had one leg and thigh a little bitty I think they call it a chicken leg and the size of my little finger and a chicken wing this is the second time they've done this to me Kentucky Fried Chicken is looking a whole lot better now this was on 3/6 of 24

Placed order on internet. I arrived and door was locked at 11:10am. Had to go to drive thru. Told them I was picking up order and gave them name. Got up to window and lady asked for name again. I told her and she then said,"We don't have order for anyone by that name". I explained order was placed on web at this location (Brandon) . Still insisted didn't have order. I checked and it showed order was placed on web and it was at Brandon store. I left and checked with Popeyes on web. They said it was there. I went back to store and they were very rude when I explained. Made comments that I didn't know how to order chicken. Will not go back to store again. Requested refund on internet where I placed order.

I went through the drive thru to get my son his favorite biscuits. The employee was rude and very abrupt. I used my debit card WHICH I NEVER DO AT FAST FOOD RESTAURANTS OR GAS STATIONS and the next day I got a fraud alert. Someone tried to use my debit card to purchase something from AT&T for $99.99. A .99¢ charge did go through but my credit union is correcting that. It's strange how I use my card once at a fast food restaurant and my card gets hacked. Definitely something shady happening at this place.

I went to the Brandon Location drive thru asked was the regular wings mild she said yes so I ordered 6-piece with fries and two 6-piece garlic parmesan with fries when I got to the window to pay for my order she handed it out to me very rude shut the window so I drove around to the side of the building to check my order thank God I did my regular wings which was supposed to be mild was hot so she lied so I went inside and requested my money back for that order I told her when j placed the order that's why I asked if they were mild and you told me yes had I known they were hot I never would of ordered them so she gave my money back to me very rude and unprofessional had I known the garlic parmesan was hot to I would have got my money back for both of those orders to this was the worst service I have ever seen I love popeyes but I refuse to go back to this Location again and be treated this way again worst service ever.........
