Placed order on internet. I arrived and door was locked at 11:10am. Had to go to drive thru. Told them I was picking up order and gave them name. Got up to window and lady asked for name again. I told her and she then said,"We don't have order for anyone by that name". I explained order was placed on web at this location (Brandon) . Still insisted didn't have order. Went thru drive thru. Ordered 2 #1. WS asked to wait in parking space 1. 2 others in drive thru got their orders. I went inside and they gave my order to the one behind me. No offer of free anything. What was supposed to be aboutc10 minutes was 30

I love me some fried chicken especially from Popeye's but this Popeye's leaves me feeling disgruntled every time I come here. The food is fine but, it's everything else. When you order through the drive-thru it takes forever and then you most likely will have to pull up and wait. When you look inside the drive-thru window you can see how filthy the floor is in the area where they prep the food.
