My husband and I got dinner here tonight. After waiting almost 20 minutes for our food, all while listening to the carhops hang out and have a grand ole time at the tables, our food finally came out cold and absolutely disgusting. My husband’s burger was so soggy, he couldn’t even eat it. He had to throw it away. $20 down the drain. Thanks sonic. Thanks.

This one employee was so so sweet. My card declined 3 times (i’m broke lol) and she was so patient with me and smiled the whole time. Plus they answered quickly and my food came quickly

Worst customer service. Server was unprofessional and on the phone having a full conversation complaining about her manager. They overcharged my card and acted like they did not know how to refund it! Terrible establishment

The food was fresh The people were polite. The wait was a little long.
You never get anything you ordered. No sauce, no onion etc. they changed the chicken and it’s gross. Which isn’t this locations fault as it is just a natural regression of the Sonic name brand as a whole. The Brandon locations soft drinks have been nasty and have tasted off for about 3 months now… not sure what that issue is.
