Subway in Brandon

“Tonight around 7:00. My husband stopped to pick up a sandwich for us for supper. There was one young man, a 9th grader from McClaurin that was the only employee there. The store was very busy and this young gentleman was working extremely hard. He was completing order accurately, without complaining, all while trying to maintain curtious, friendly conversation with the patrons. Not sure of his name, but he did above and beyond what is normal received. In a society and time where no one is showing up for work he showed up and showed out. Thank you sir for you commitment.“

“I had ordered on line with the Subway app.The process was easy. I requested curbside contactless pickup. The app said my single footling sandwich order will be ready in 10 minutes which was great because I live 10 min drive away.When I arrived I chose in the app "I'm Here", it replied back "Whoo it's not ready yet, try again in 5 minutes".I waited another 5 min and repeated previous step only to again get the "not ready" reply .I went inside the store to see a line of 4 other customers, now I see why my order that was placed 25 min earlier was not ready. But to my amazement my sandwich was in the prep line, so I can now understand the longer than expected wait as there was ONLY 1 employee making sandwiches.“

“Went in this morning and the owners daughter made food and rung me up. She was so polite and so nice, and so patient with me deciding what I wanted. I only go this subway because its clean and the service is great and they even take the subway coupons...plus I found out they now own another location on Grants Ferry. I always tell people about this location!!!!“

“This is our favorite subway place to sit an eat or to even use the drive thru. The ladies are always kind an always smile an they treat us very well an the food they hook it up just like we always ask. Been coming here for years. I love this subway place! Keep up the good work girls!!! ?“

“This subway is excellent. The employees and owners are very kind. They recognize me and they know my order. There is plenty of space in the seating area, and the restaurant is always clean and well organized. The service is friendly and quick. This is a great place to stop for food while you get your shopping done as well.“

“I know it’s Subway and you are like “who needs a review of Subway?” But I just wanted to take the time to thank the employee working there today on March 5th, 2021. Lady with very red hair! She had everything on point for my family’s order and we got home and didnt even have to look to sort because they were labeled. Super promt and very friendly!“
