From the moment I walked into the Waffle House in Brandon, MS, I was greeted with kindness and warmth. Miss Sandy welcomed us in like family, allowing us to enjoy the cool air and charge up for the road ahead. Her simple act of kindness meant more than words can say.
But the real gem is the 3rd shift crew—Miss Vicky, David, and the whole team. They were not only welcoming but made the entire atmosphere feel like home. They worked together like a well-oiled machine, with a spirit of unity that you don’t see every day.
After resting for the night, we returned in the morning and were once again greeted with the same joy and kindness. Waffle House, you are truly blessed to have such wonderful people on your team.
If you’re ever passing through Brandon, this Waffle House is a must-stop. The people here are not just employees—they are a family, and for a moment, they made me feel like part of it.

Found a bug in my hash browns, had uncooked meat, service was terrible, they up charged me for a To-Go cup, and now I have food poisoning I believe. I’m typically not one to complain but this was pretty bad.
Worst waitress I had in years.... $$$ added 4 eggs is absurd.... I pay 30 cents for eggs so they can get them much cheaper

me and my family came to WH after church on easter sunday. there was a crowd of course but our waitress haylee was amazing and took great care of us! i highly recommend her as a server
