Credit Card FRAUD!! Use CASH only here! I had just obtained a new credit card and handed it over to the employee who said he was working both the front counter and drive thru, but needed to process the payment at the drive thru. A few days later, there were multiple charges on my credit card totaling over $2,000, and this was the only place I handed over my card.

I have been trying for resolution on an order from 8/21/25 to no avail. I submitted a message through the app, followed up by emailing. I got a response from customer service that the franchise had sent an email and also called. They had previously stated that no phone number was not available on the app. I corrected that and added my phone number. It was related to me through Wendy's Intl.
The issue was they could not find the mobile order. Then they found it but asked me to pull to a pickup space even though there was no one behind me at the time. The order that was brought to me was not complete. I had ordered a breakfast biscuit meal with cinnabon and coffee. I got the biscuit sandwich and coffee. Then they brought a large seasoned potato out to replace the cinnabon. No one asked if that was acceptable. It was not. There is a price difference, the seasoned potatoes being the lesser amount. No credit was offered. I stewed about it for a couple of days before I made contact through the app. I was told there was an email sent AND a phone call. I have no email from the address I was given, not a phone call, no voicemail. This store really does not live up to the Wendy's reputation. There has been no resolution. It seems odd that Wendy's Intl can contact me w/o problems but contact local is impossible. I have not returned to this location. Today is 11/18/25. Soon to be 3 months. I will be repeating this review periodically. Very dissatisfied customer.

Tonight I’ve got a horrible customer service at the Brandon ms location around 6:47 pm the manager on duty was very rude she acted like she don’t like her job she had a portable fan around her neck which was not work related I ask the young gentleman can I use my QR code then she came to the station with attitude like I pissed her off she don’t kno me at all
This Wendy's was one of the best I've ever seen. The ladies at the counter were great, and the building was decorated amazingly for Halloween. It was an older building with a ton of charm, hopefully it'll stay that way!

If I could leave 0 stars I would. The app won’t let us order cheese sauce so we asked to pay for the cheese sauce at the first window and he said he didn’t know how to operate the system.. to go to the front window, so we did. They said we would have to get back in the drive thru to order a cheese sauce… this is the most ridiculous and stupid thing I’ve ever heard. We had .75 in hand and it was only .50…. Find smarter people who actually want to work. They don’t deserve more than minimum wage being as lazy as they are now a days.

The manager on thrusday nights and in the mid week is so rude. Honestly this place is so good when it comes to food, however there is so much dismissiveness that comes from this manager that it is concerning. She does not care about customer service or passionate about her job. Extreme evaluation needs to be done because I love my baconators on thursdays.

I really didn't want to make this review but the restaurant manager, Ms. Brenda C., chose to make and inflame a non-issue. I came in on Friday with a coupon for a free premium sandwich. The cashier who was initially taking my order asked Ms. Brenda C to come over so she could verify the coupon's legitimacy. She refused to look at the coupon, which stated that it was for a free premium sandwich, and proceeded to make a random non-premium sandwich. She asked if I wanted cheese with it and I told her I was actually trying to get the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich. She looked like I was making an audacious request, so I had to tell her that the coupon was for a free premium sandwich. She decided to have an attitude about it and said she "don't know where I got that coupon" because they don't honor them but she'd allow it this time. The woman on the line made the chicken sandwich for me and Ms. Brenda C handed it to me. While I was ensuring it was the right sandwich (primarily to irk Ms. Brenda C), she decided to stay at the register, keep looking at me stupidly, and then ask, "There something wrong with it?" I let her know that the sandwich was made fine, but I'd like her name and that was the end.
If she's the manager, she should know whether she wants to honor a coupon or not. The coupon she refused to read did say, "Participating Wendy's locations only", so she didn't HAVE to honor it if she'd get such a scrunched up face about making it. The rest of the employees were very nice and friendly, I will say. They need a better manager than someone frothing at the mouth like an untrained dog. I will be back tomorrow though to see if her attitude is reserved for special days or if it's part of her uniform.
Kid-friendliness: The manager more than likely isn't kid-friendly, but the employees have great customer service. 5/10

Absolutely the worst customer service. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind an helpful but the manager was terrible. The owner seriously needs to evaluate the way the employees are trained (if at all) the manager was a complete waste. We needed a garbage bag because we were in transit with a new puppy who had an accident. The manager refused and turned her back to my husband when he was trying to speak to her. This happened at 2:00 on 1/12/25 if the owner wants to address it with the manager on duty.
