The manager on thrusday nights and in the mid week is so rude. Honestly this place is so good when it comes to food, however there is so much dismissiveness that comes from this manager that it is concerning. She does not care about customer service or passionate about her job. Extreme evaluation needs to be done because I love my baconators on thursdays.

I really didn't want to make this review but the restaurant manager, Ms. Brenda C., chose to make and inflame a non-issue. I came in on Friday with a coupon for a free premium sandwich. The cashier who was initially taking my order asked Ms. Brenda C to come over so she could verify the coupon's legitimacy. She refused to look at the coupon, which stated that it was for a free premium sandwich, and proceeded to make a random non-premium sandwich. She asked if I wanted cheese with it and I told her I was actually trying to get the ghost pepper ranch chicken sandwich. She looked like I was making an audacious request, so I had to tell her that the coupon was for a free premium sandwich. She decided to have an attitude about it and said she "don't know where I got that coupon" because they don't honor them but she'd allow it this time. The woman on the line made the chicken sandwich for me and Ms. Brenda C handed it to me. While I was ensuring it was the right sandwich (primarily to irk Ms. Brenda C), she decided to stay at the register, keep looking at me stupidly, and then ask, "There something wrong with it?" I let her know that the sandwich was made fine, but I'd like her name and that was the end.
If she's the manager, she should know whether she wants to honor a coupon or not. The coupon she refused to read did say, "Participating Wendy's locations only", so she didn't HAVE to honor it if she'd get such a scrunched up face about making it. The rest of the employees were very nice and friendly, I will say. They need a better manager than someone frothing at the mouth like an untrained dog. I will be back tomorrow though to see if her attitude is reserved for special days or if it's part of her uniform.

Kid-friendliness: The manager more than likely isn't kid-friendly, but the employees have great customer service. 5/10

Absolutely the worst customer service. The gentleman behind the counter was very kind an helpful but the manager was terrible. The owner seriously needs to evaluate the way the employees are trained (if at all) the manager was a complete waste. We needed a garbage bag because we were in transit with a new puppy who had an accident. The manager refused and turned her back to my husband when he was trying to speak to her. This happened at 2:00 on 1/12/25 if the owner wants to address it with the manager on duty.

Frosty’s are constantly runny .. I’ve asked several times to fix it or make ours thicker… but no! they could careless .. just laughed.. I’ll take the hint..

Floor has been sticky near drink machines 3 of last 5 times I've been here. NEVER any ketchup in the dispenser. Slow kitchen service. Repeatedly Disappointed. Need better management.

I ordered the Asiago bacon ranch club With no bacon, I got bacon Took The Burger back to the store then I received a sandwich with no cheese on it when my sandwich supposed to be cheese, pickles, and ranch. I didn’t receive my cheese and the customer service at the location is horrible. I do not recommend that store to anybody.

Order on the app. Don't order at the restaurant. On the app you can substitute a drink for a frosty but they will not allow you to substitute if you order at the restaurant and they are very rude about it.

I didn't rate the Atmosphere because we did drive-up.
The Baconators we ordered were delicious and juicy! That reminded us of the old Wendy's commercials about how many napkins you'd need due to the juicy meat!

The SpongeBob meal was good. And usually Wendy's burgers are too greasy for me. This location didn't send me out a slopping wet burger. So that was pleasant. It would've been nice if I'd gotten some sort of spongebob toy - a spatula or something like that. Instead I got a Halloween toy, which was fine. The toy or figurine seems decent and it glows in the dark.

The meal was a bit pricey for not having a toy. The stickers were a nice addition. The staff seemed friendly as well.

The girl at the window at the Wendy's on Hwy.80 was soooo rude. I drove off?
I WILL NOT go back. So we went to the other Wendy's in Brandon off of Hwy 18, and we're treated much, much better. I should have looked at her name tag and reported her. There is no sense in her attitude toward me. Nope, this place gets the lowest rating from me.
