I got seated right away. After about 20 minutes I had to get someone to come take my order. The food was really good so it made up for the service. Restaurant was really clean. Server was very nice. Overall I enjoyed my meal and had a pleasant experience.

Waitress was slow and just not on her game didn’t check on us one time had to get every other waitress to get us biscuits drinks and everything else idk what the malfunction was but the food was good

Happy to say this location, once one of the most troubled I visit, seems to have improved. Was greeted and seated promptly, dining room was clean and waitress courteous. Unfortunately, they were out of the menu choices I preferred - not unique to this location but has become the signature of the chain. At least the waitress was upfront about it, rather than waiting for me to order only to let the air out of my balloon afterward. Really can’t wrap my head around the constant...
