Excellent service and the food is consistently good.
Very clean, excellent service, and the food was great
The restaurant was clean, we ordered food to go and the food looked delicious! When we arrived home the food was still hot and taste as good as it looked. Presentation is EVERYTHING! Ricky and the cashier were very courteous to me and my family. We look forward to supporting this restaurant more! Thanks!

Red Samurai Hibachi Express is a casual sushi restaurant where customers order at the counter. The sushi is wonderful, super fresh and tasty. The tiger eye with spicy tuna is a favorite, and the Tiger Eye dish was stated to be the best in the Jackson Metro area. The madison roll and chicken hibachi are rated a whole THIRTY on a scale of 1-10. The Dynamite Roll was good, though not spicy. Basic rolls were great, and the fish seemed fresh and had some great flavor. The presentation of orders was superb, and the food looked delicious, staying hot and tasting as good as it looked when taken to go. The service was great, prompt and professional, and the staff were always very friendly and helped decide what to order. The establishment was clean. An all-you-can-eat sushi special is available. The meal was around $25.00. Highly recommended.
