“I had a wonderful dining experience at El Cabrito Mexican Restaurant. The food was delicious, authentic, and fresh. The service was friendly and attentive. The portions were generous and the prices were reasonable. The restaurant was clean and cozy. I especially enjoyed the fajitas, the nachos, and the margaritas. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great Mexican meal in Carthage. “This is by far my favorite little local business. The donuts melt in your mouth the way cotton candy does and the rest of their menu is just as good and fresh. The staff is super friendly and service is top notch. You'll love this place too.”

“Only drive thru available. Sadly. ?We were traveling and love to find and eat at Ward's restaurants. We drove hours along the Natchez parkway and when we got here was shocked to only have drive thru. We still ordered but ate in the car. There was no garbage cans to dispose of our trash. The food was still great ?”

“Are you in the mood for some homestyle southern food? This place is for you. While there is not a huge selection, theres definitely something on this menu thatll make you remember home and childhood from the taste alone. Actual chicken with homestyle frying methods, crinkle cut fries, a burger or chicken sandwich and soft serve for all you need. The inside is a little dull these days due to the color palette but its a soft and cozy diner so the atmosphere is nice. It definitely needs more attention than it gets and while limited on parking due to its location, it has a drive thru and makes up for it with its short wait time and tasty food. If it got a remodel or something with more vibrant and welcoming colors itd be a 5 for sure but the interior design is a bit dated on colors and layout, to me. The bathroom area is in a bit of an awkward position but its still fine. A quiet place to eat peacefully that still remains after all the time it's been there.”

“This is litterly the best Wendy's I have ever experienced. The food was very hot, very fresh, my order was correct, and the cashier was friendly and it was fast.”

“Kinda lacking in the atmosphere department as it just seems a little bland inside but I think it draws from southern charm. This place holds a lot of special memories as it's been around since I was a child and my family knew the previous owner. The food is pretty good and has many options. By no means is it a Michelin 5 star but hey its good for what you get. Price wise is well managed as long as you know how to get the best for your money. Favorite is the chicken sandwich, tossed in bbq with bacon on texas toast with a side of fries and a blue lemonade. The blue lemonade to me doesnt taste much like blue lemonade and instead tastes like a blue slush but thats why I love it so much. They used to sell cheesecakes and whatnot but stopped for some reason. Still, their fried pies are great too. Coconut cream is a must have. Overall a 8 out of 10 as there are still a few things needing improvement.Kid-friendliness: Nice staff and very welcoming. Just make sure your kid behaves or it inconveniences others.Wheelchair accessibility: It has ramps on both sides of the entryway”

“My friend and I was on the road and decided to stop here for food tonight on 03/27/2023 upon arrival at the drive through order box the woman who took our order was so nice and very polite. We felt very welcomed. She was also very nice at the check out window. Great job to this woman because you don’t hardly get good customer service anywhere you go now of days!! We would also like to thank the cook who was on duty that night because our burgers were nice and fresh as well as the fries. Also while we parked to eat we saw how hard you all was working and cleaning. Great job you guys!!! I had to take the time out to write this review because you guy’s definitely deserve it. 5 STARS FROM US!!!”
