The manager on staff was the rudest employee I have ever met. Came through drive-thru, placed order, they took money then proceeded to tell me they had no idea how long it would take. I had an appointment and asked could I be refunded. Cashier asked manager who proceeded to yell, curse and be blatantly rude. She never actually came to windows. I will never patronize this restaurant again.

Took over an hour to get the food we ordered .finally then wanted to see the recipe then said they skipped over the order and only had 3 or 4 customers. And wouldn't let us get any drink refills on the drinks we won't go back anymore. Don't no how they stay open

We ordered door dash and they brought the WRONG ORDER, Left it at the door without knocking and it's horrible. If this is what costs $42, they can go to hell !!!

Today I revisited this location for the 2nd time in possibly years 4. But this time around I received the fastest services ever from this location. Thanks to the nice window lady named “Lashonda” or as on the receipt employee: “751592”. She’s quite a character too. Lashanda even served me at the second window all in the matter of 20 seconds, 2 meals & a drink to be exact . To Burger King , 🗣️ keep amazing workers like this on staff, cherish greatly those who served like this. Although, I no longer eat fast food I felt like a king through this service today !!

Been standing in line close to ten minutes horrible service one family is sitting in to eat and the employees are in the back yelling and such I have not had burger king for close to 1 year or so I figured I'd come give it a try again this will be it for awhile I will highly not recommend it. I never do post or reviews but honestly I fill i needed to share how horrible the service and environment is
