My whole office is on the Keto diet (including me), and pork skins & cracklins are the only snack with no carbs, These are absolutely the BEST - thin, not greasy and fresh-tasting. Wish more New Orleans area groceries (Rouses, Winn-Dixie, Breaux Mart) sold them!
