This may be the worst McDonald’s in the state! It would take an incredible amount of convincing to make me ever go there again. I rather would get steamrolled seventy two times than eat at this particular establishment. It would take Ronald McDonald himself giving me millions of dollars in cash to ever go there again! I am utterly astonished and disgusted at the fact I place order THIRTY FIVE MINUTES IN ADVANCE because I KNEW this MCDONALDS would take FOREVER! They cancelled my order when I got there and all I ordered was a Big Mac and nuggets and it took them forever! They gave me mostly the wrong order, lacking an item and giving me a coke that tasted like carbonated water, this worker gave me a glare when I got my food and was so rude. The service was so slow they had people pull ahead to wait forever for their order and I believe they were so far behind on orders that they just cancelled mine because of their laziness. They should either hire more/different staff, or shut down the whole restaurant. They move on par with the haste of my paraplegic 87 year old GRANDMA! *in this picture is my grandmother for reference

I ordered ahead on the app. I pulled up and had to wait in line for 18 minutes. 18 minutes. My order was correct and the workers were nice.... the wait time is ridiculous.

I was at the drive-through at 0457. I waited until 0504, but no one acknowledged me in the outer drive-through station. Another vehicle entered the inner window at 0503, and someone stated may I take your order. At that point, I left; no need to bring it to their attention.

I placed a simple pick-up order consisting of a Dr. Pepper, Coke, and large fries.
After waiting about 30 minutes, I received the wrong drink—a Sprite instead of the Dr. Pepper. I went inside to have it corrected and waited another 10 minutes at an unattended counter.
While the issue was eventually resolved, the replacement Coke tasted very strange.
Considering the poor service quality and the time wasted, we decided to cut our losses and leave.
My order was wrong but they quickly corrected it. The 4 stars was bc I had to turn around when I was already late.

They might as well close this place down. There’s no way they attain a profit based off what I have witnessed there. It’s a complete waste of my time to go there. I keep trying to think it will get better but I’m just fooling myself.
