I was over charged and was given a 800# to get the refund. I was sent back to the store for refund....no help. I was told their system wouldn't let them refund n to dispute it with my card company 😒

Andy Kelly was very rude. He yelled at a child who accidentally opened wrong door He refused to prepare another order that was wrong. Everything in order was wrong for 3 people amd he said it wasnt his problem. He is the cook and he does what he wants to do. Dont go to this sonic.

The lady on speaker was absolutely rude to my husband. He could barely finish his or before she was asking him was he done. No I actually had a order too. Just rude and brought the food with no Thank you or anything!!!!!!!!! Terrible customer service

The footlong cheese coney was awful,the hot dog was so chewy that my dog wouldn't even eat it, I didn't get napkins and the onion rings were mushy

I always use the app to order ahead. I stop and get breakfast several times a week. I usually order a sausage breakfast burrito. This morning, my regular burrito was replaced with what looked like a junior burrito. Also, when you order condiments at this particular location, the app allows for 5. They only give you 2 at most. I only received 1 this morning - which makes sense seeing as they replaced my regular burrito with a junior. They knew I wouldn't need it.
