I was over charged and was given a 800# to get the refund. I was sent back to the store for refund....no help. I was told their system wouldn't let them refund n to dispute it with my card company 😒
Every time I go to Sonic their food is terrific and love the service sometimes we just have to be patient, everything at Sonic even the drink's/Soda's are Great if we don't help out and be patient then they could go out of business, accept I don't see that happening and pray that it doesn't so let's help our favorite place's that we like to eat at ?
The spot we pulled up in the monitor was broken.. You could hear the girl start to say something and then nothing... Then she got an attitude bc she thought I wasn't listening to her. Then it did want to read my card.
