This place has horrible service. I was charged excessively twice and I guess it’s my fault for giving them another chance. They refused to give me a refund and used the excuse that the sub of the day was different today but when I asked her for the sub of the day and told her cold cut she didn’t advise me on the change only after she refused to give me a refund even though I showed her the price was completely different in the app. The food seems to be fresh but their service and the atmosphere in the store seems too be the worse I’ve encountered from any subway I’ve been in the state of Mississippi. I hope they acquire new management or something because the only person reasonable is a lady and Arab guy who is barely there but the Arab lady and the Arab that wears glasses are rude and unbearable.

Rude staff member. My sandwich was prepared incorrectly and when I call back to speak to someone about it a staff member who spoke poor English said that they would not refund me and hung up on me. This restaurant is the WORST.

Rudest experience at a subway I’ve encountered. I asked for a footlong on herbs and cheese and the manager actually audibly sighed at me. Nobody in line behind me and only one ahead. At the same time, she was training a new employee and was actively making him out to be a moron. Not to mention the lack of cleanliness.I travel the entire U.S. for work and stop at subway frequently because it’s quick, easy, and I love sandwiches. Normally the employees are tired, understandably, but very friendly nonetheless. This manager was just out-of-this-world rude and was not what I was expecting. First time I’ve never tipped at a subway. Avoid this store. Corporate should have a serious look into it.As for the food, I went with a meatball sub as to be easy and simple. The meatballs were cold, and I mean COLD. Even after toasting. The lettuce is soggy. The onions are soft. Plain gross. 2 for food as I was hungry. 1 star for service and atmosphere.

For as dead as it was when we arrived, I would have expected the floors to be clean. The food quality was I have come to expect from Subways across the nation. The service of this location was more than just lacking it was atrocious. We had questions about the bill and were told "It's on the receipt." We received two napkins for three sandwiches when we asked for more it was like we were an inconvenience to the young man that was running the cash register. While the sandwich, satisfied my hunger I think I would look for another place to spend my money with.

The Carthage, Mississippi Subway is the worst I have seen. It doesn't honor corporate coupons mailed out. The owners are very unfriendly at best. The owners treat their staff terrible, and it shows. I'm not sure what the problem is here, but the Subway franchise needs to look into it... I waited a year to go back & nothing has changed except the revolving door of staff. ???
The food is good, but this is the second time in a row that they’ve overcharged me my girlfriend always orders a sandwich that has bacon and typically at every other Subway if I have them take the bacon off of her sandwich and add it to mine because she doesn’t want it they don’t charge for it. This is the second time that I’ve eaten at this particular location and they do it every time I will not be going back.
