The young lady in drive thru was very polite and clear and thats rare these days to have a smile behind the speaker. She greeted, repeated and followed up with total and was smiling when met at the window. The food came fast ( even tho it was kinda big order lol ) so the ones in the back deserve a pat on the back too. TO MANAGER: You have a great crew, let them know that 😉

I dislike being forced to order via kiosk. An employee should be stationed at the register to gladly accept all patrons orders. When 9 employees are standing around talking loudly to each other and you're told to go order at the kiosk after waiting at the register for 6 minutes it makes me never want to go eat there again. Very poor management at every taco bell I've been to in the jackson Mississippi area.

When we went it took forever, and the only drink they had was sweet tea. They didn’t even have water. I wanna know what they are making the tea from if they don’t have water.
driving south where the interstate doesn't go, we'd driven longer than I wanted without seeing anywhere to eat. Taco Bell seemed like a good alternative to burgers. The tacos I had weren't bad at all. I'd definitely have them again. It didn't give the impression of being the cleanest Taco Bell I've ever been in (the floor was sticky) and my wife said there wasn't any water in the sink in the ladies' restroom. Staff seemed friendly.
