The food is always excellent, as well as the service. There's nothing like good old fashioned comfort food in the restaurant. The meats in the store section are always wonderful. The staff is always friendly and helpful. We stop here for lunch every trip from Baton Rouge to Gloster.Kid-friendliness: This is a family owned company. There's nothing like mom and pop restaurants. They'll do their best to accommodate your needs or child's taste.
I went there on a couple occasions for breakfast to go. The food was always delicious and the service was outstanding.We also order 50 pcs of fried chicken and it was very good. I'm going to try the buffet next time. Thanks Vine's.
