Just ordered, got my 2 burgers and left. I don't even care how the burger tastes, the gal that took my order was rude. Sorry to have bothered you with your 2 whole customers sitting in there eating and a couple cars in the drive thru. There's a reason yall aren't busy during noon hour on a Sunday.

The staff, customer service, attitudes, and the atmosphere of this restaurant are RIDICULOUS! NO PROFESSIONALS, NO ACCONTABLE MANAGERS ON NIGHT SHIFT. For two nights straight, the night crew played on the speaker while I placed my order; laughing, joking, talking to others while taking my order. Also, being disrespectful, being rude, impatient, laughing, and making fun of elderly people. This store needs a makeover before something seriously happens, and they begin to lose business. They have most definitely lost mine, and I was a frequent customer who spent no less than $30 weekly to feed my family.

It's been a sad day for the likes of fast food places like Burger King in Clarksdale Ms. They not only rarely have service but when they do, people like the seem-to-be vending machine Tiffany who the company's choice as a manager sets a dismal poor example for fellow employees who work up under her. Excellent customer service is at the height of any successful business and if you, Burger King, have not realized yet that a poor choice in judgement is to place an employee in a managerial role that does not understand how to converse with customers then something needs to be said about you as well. To go back & forth with a paying customer, telling them how to order, says a lot about the type of people that are working on the front lines of some restaurants. Because as she states that she has a 3.6 GPA. Where from? Burger U! I will never spend my money there again!!!!!

I went to Burker king last night 10/5/24 & I ordered a number 2.. The cashier replied we do not have any Onion, or Jalapeños.. We also do not have any ice, lemonade, & she named some more drinks that they didn’t have ??♀️? It’s getting more and more terrible ?

If you get your food and go about your business you're fine. I've only been here once and my food was fresh. I had a bit of a wait for my food and the drive thru ladies were rushing people to order, but honestly I think you get what you give when it comes to fast food and I was pleasant with them sooooo
