Very slow drive thru chicken overcooked

The food never be ready and when I finally get the food it's half done. The drive thru speaker not working, has to go inside. The waiter or waitress has bad attitude like they don't want to service me. They put other customers ahead of me, even though I was there first, ordered and paid for my food before the other customers did. Every time I goes in there I have to wait 15 to 30 minutes to get the food I ordered and paid for.

It never fails... everytime I order 2 spicy breast they'll give me 1 spicy and a mild. Give me what I ask for or tell me you don't have it. I get sooooo tired of this location

Tried to get lunch while working near by and after ordering the staff took my card and could not take payment and several staff tried including a manager numerous times and telling it was my card and my problem and really rude and it was not cause I tried another restaurant with no issues this issue needs to be fixed

I said my order at the drive thru because the inside was closed, and there was no confirmation. So I drove to the window anyway as the other guy had to take my order just because the first girl didn't.

This is absolutely the worst Popeyes to visit. The management is horrible, the wait is ridiculous, the employees are rude!!! I never visited a establishment that’s always slow and never have anything cooked, half of the workers be outside by the garbage bin talking on the phone or just chilling acting like they don’t see the drive thru line is backed up!!

We waited in the drive through line for almost an hour just to get our order taken. When you are traveling, your time is very important especially around the holiday season. When we did get our order it was in such a confused manner until it would have taken another 30 minutes just to make sure the order was correct. They split the family meal up into individual order boxes, the individual large side were also split into two containers and the biscuits were hard and flat. Not what you are used to getting from a Popeyes restaurant . I guess that old saying is true, "You always get screwed at the drive through". And from looking from the outside in, this facility at this location is not capable of accommodating/ handling a large crowd of people. Sometimes it's not the establishment itself, but the employees that works there.

This is a fast food restaurant… yet I’ve been in line for an hour. They take an extremely long time to take our order and get our food.
