The food was scrumptious! My favorite was the pulled pork puffs and that bodacious bbq sauce! The service was wonderful, the display beautiful! I can't praise you enough and will recommend you to all my friends! You helped make my daughter's wedding reception a great success.
We used Big hawgh to cater an awards banquet. The food was absolutely amazing! Not one person complained. We had the ribs and the yardbird... ;) The chicken was just as moist as it could be and the ribs were PERFECT!! The cole slaw was different than any I had ever tried before and there were guests wanting the recipe! The service was excellent! Oh my goodness Ronnie Hamilton with bighawgh n frens did an outstanding job at our Bayou Academy Class of 1973 reunion last Friday night. The food was fantastic as was the service we received.
