Absolute worst dining experience ever! Steak was delivered to our table basically raw... my wife sent it back... this made the waitress ( Becky)mad so she stopped coming by to check on us... ran out of drinks. When the steak returned it was burned to a crisp... When we told the waitress she needed a whole new plate because she didn't want the sides that still had blood on them from the uncooked steak she said she couldn't do that... we had her get the manager (Greg Hicks) he came...read full review
Terrible customer service and takes 3 hours to get food
Terrible customer service...the manager was so rude when I called to complain and didn't care...corporate will be contacted...he said he didn't care and hung up in my face and said I couldn't get a refund...
