Drive thru was very busy, however, the staff was super sweet and on top of things. Even with a new Trainee at the window!

I wound up with two Venti cups of warm milk; obviously not what I ordered. I didn't realize it until we were back on the interstate. Makes one wonder if they spot folks that are 'just passing through' and cut some costs.

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company has a team of hard working, super friendly, and amazing staff. The barristas work non-stop with welcoming smiles, and they are chill and take extra care. However, the location is a pain to get in and out of with a large truck, as it is very difficult to get to and you have to detour through other parking lots. One customer received a different drink and was never brought food out after a mobile order, resulting in $13 wasted. Another customer had a positive experience, getting a Honey Citrus Mint Tea with 1 pump Peppermint Syrup with a warm message on the cup, a Cinnamon Pull Apart, a Cranberry Bliss Bar, a Polar Bear Cake Pop, and a Vanilla Bean Crème Frappe with 1 Pump White Mocha and Heavy Cream. One angel barista went above and beyond to serve tired travelers despite the poor attitude of the rest of the team. Overall, the quality food and drinks are paired with fantastic staff, though the location has access issues.
